Clinical Study On Cancer Induced Cancer Related Fatigue In Patients With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood During Chemotherapy After Breast Cancer Surgery By Thumbtack Needle

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needle in the treatment of cancer-induced cancer-related fatigue in patients with Qi and blood deficiency during chemotherapy period after breast cancer surgery,and to explore a simple and effective treatment plan for patients with cancer-induced cancer-related fatigue during chemotherapy period after breast cancer surgery,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(30cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to "random number table method",and the control group received symptomatic support treatment;In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,thumb-tack needle was added,twice a week for 3 days,3 weeks as a course of treatment,lasting 2 courses of treatment.Piper fatigue scale,Karnofsky behavioral status score,breast cancer Quality of Life scale and TCM syndrome score table of the two groups were evaluated before treatment and after the first and second courses of treatment.Immune function(NK cells,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD8+)of the two groups were evaluated before thumb-tack needle and after 2 courses of treatment,respectively.(CD4+/CD8+)and safety indicators.Results: Of the 60 enrolled cases,a total of 57 cases were identified after 3 cases were eliminated,including 28 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.Piper fatigue scale and TCM syndrome score scale were the main therapeutic evaluation indexes of cancer-related fatigue,while Karnofsky behavioral status score,breast cancer quality of Life scale and immune function were the secondary therapeutic evaluation indexes of cancer-related fatigue.After 1 and 2 courses of combination therapy with thumb-tack needle,Piper fatigue scale,Karnofsky behavioral status score,breast cancer Quality of Life scale and TCM syndrome score table in the treatment group were improved,and the improvement degree was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),according to the analysis of test results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Piper fatigue scale showed obvious effects on behavioral dimension,emotional dimension and total score after 1 course of treatment,and obvious effects on cognitive dimension and total score after 2 courses of treatment.Karnofsky behavioral status score showed a better improvement in the total response rate of the treatment group(79%)than that of the control group(34%).Breast cancer life quality assessment scale showed more obvious effectiveness in total score,physiological status and additional status after 1 course of treatment,and showed significant effectiveness in total score and emotional status score after 2 courses of treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group(89%)was higher than that of the control group(55%)in terms of TCM syndrome accumulation table.In terms of immune function,NK cells,CD3+ and CD4+ in the treatment group increased more significantly than that in the control group,and the test results showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CD8+decreased and CD4+/CD8+ increased,but there was no statistical difference compared with the control group.In terms of safety assessment,there were 6 cases of chemotherapy related side effects(2 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group)during the treatment period,all of which were supported by symptomatic treatment,but there were no adverse reactions related to thumb-tack needle.Conclusion: Cancer induced cancer-related fatigue in patients with deficiency of qi and blood during chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery has certain curative effect on fatigue such as weakness,lack of emotional compliance,memory loss,lethargy and so on.The curative effect of symptomatic support therapy combined with thumb-tack needle is superior to that of symptomatic support therapy alone,which can significantly improve the fatigue of patients,improve the physical state of patients,improve the physiological,family or social,emotional and functional quality of breast cancer patients,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,improve the immune function,high safety,simple operation and lasting effect,and has certain clinical research and application value.
