Objective:By observing the influence of acupuncture lifting and inserting amplitude on patients’ acupuncture discomfort and acupoint infrared thermal imaging measured by bone size method at Hegu Point,the necessity of paying attention to individual differences in acupuncture operation was explored,so as to avoid the damage caused to patients by improper operation,provide a quantitative standard for standardizing acupuncture operation,and further promote acupuncture precision.Content:Calculate the specific lifting and inserting range of Hegu point by measuring the bone size of different individuals,follow the individual differences,provide quantitative standards for the lifting and inserting range,and standardize the clinical operation.Observe and record the difference between the treatment group and the control group in the patients’ abnormal acupuncture reaction during acupuncture and the local tissue injury and discomfort after treatment after taking the maximum sense of qi as the core and lifting and inserting the corresponding amplitude up and down.A follow-up visit(or telephone interview)shall be conducted to the patient the next day after the treatment to avoid the omission of the injury due to the lack of immediate performance.Before and after the operation,infrared thermal imaging was taken for the two groups of patients respectively.After the test,the temperature obtained was analyzed to observe the difference between the two temperature changes before and after the control group and the control group.Methods:70 patients who met the standard were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Adjust the indoor environment,turn on the air conditioner and humidifier,control the temperature at 24-26℃ and the humidity at 55%±10%.Warm up the instrument,open the software,click the camera,preheat for 20min in the shooting mode,open the blackbody,stabilize for 2min,and continue to preheat for 20min.Tell the patient to rest in the room for 15 minutes.If there is sweat,the skin must be dry before taking pictures.When taking pictures,it is necessary to expose the part to be taken.Do not touch and press the part with hands before the examination.Remove the application,and start the acupuncture operation after 15 minutes.After the preparation,the patient enters the secret room,removes the clothes,stands at the designated position,clicks the temperature measurement button,starts the infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement before the operation,and records the temperature,and then the patient takes the sitting position.After the injection,the observation group operates according to the specific value calculated based on the bone size,and the control group performs the injection according to the lifting and inserting range in the textbook,The amount of stimulation(frequency,time,intensity,etc.)in the two groups were the same:the frequency was 90 times per minute(medium stimulation),and the time was 3 minutes.The same doctor applied the needle to achieve uniform intensity.During the operation,the patient’s abnormal needle sensation(pricking pain)was recorded,and the temperature was recorded again after the treatment,and the local acupuncture injury of the patient’s acupoints was observed.The differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total incidence of acupuncture injury was 17.14%in the observation group and 37.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The skin temperature of acupoints in the two groups increased after the operation,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The temperature difference between the two groups before and after the operation was compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05).During the operation,the VAS pain scores of both groups were improved,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lifting and inserting operation based on individual bone degree is less than the unified standard operation in abnormal pin sense and tissue damage,and is more safe and worthy to be popularized.
