| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Erydun Uril on peripheral neuritis caused by diabetes:evaluate the clinical use value of Mongolian medicine Erydun Uril,Therefore,it is helpful to prevent and cure the disease.Methods:From December 2021 through December 2022,we randomly chose 60 cases of T2 DM in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University.Grouping:day Patients in the control group received 0.5 mg of Mecobalamin 3 times daily,The control group received 15 doses of Erdun Uril daily.The patients’ symptoms were observed at the beginning and end of the eighth week,and their clinical signs were also observed in patients with diabetes,Toronto clinical score,Michigan diabetes peripheral neuritis score,changes in electromyography(median nerve and common peroneal nerve MNCV,SNCV)and drug safety(liver function,kidney function,blood lipid).SPSS 22.0 software is used for data processing.result:1.There were no statistically significant differences in pre-treatment treatment between the control and the control,Michigan diabetes peripheral neuritis score and nerve conduction velocity(P>0.05),which was comparable between the two groups.2.Patients with Mongolia Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Single Score: Both groups had a significant difference in their personal scores(P < 0.05);insomnia,and irritability.3.Total score of clinical symptoms of Mongolian medicine:The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups.Compared with those in the normal group,there was a significant improvement in clinical symptom score in the control group(P < 0.05),and the significance was statistically significant.4.Toronto clinical score(TCSS): compared with the two groups,Both groups had a significant improvement in TCSS score(P < 0.05),and the TCSS score of the control group improved a little(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.5.Michigan diabetes peripheral neuritis score(MDNS): compared with the two groups,both groups can improve the MDNS score,P<0.05;Compared with control group,there was a slight improvement in TCSS(P < 0.05).6.Electromyography(MNCV of Motor Nerve Conduction Rate and SNCV):The MNCV,SNCV were better in both groups(P < 0.05).The MNCV and SNCV were not significantly improved(P > 0.05).7.The total effectiveness of the control group was 90.0% and 86.7%.Statistically significant(P < 0.05),but no significant difference.Conclusion:The Mongolian medicine Erydun Uril is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuritis,and it is more obvious in improving patients’ numbness,insomnia,irritability and other symptoms. |
