Objective:Erdun-7 Decoction is a Mongolian medicine with the effect of promoting the maturation, convergence and killing fever of Hela fever. This recipe is composed of seven herbs such as terminalia chebula, raspberry wood, chinaberry chinaberry seed, sophora flavescens, earthworm, gardenia jasminoides and Shannai.Indications for immature fever, influenza, light fever,qi and blood stroke, wound fever, smallpox, aggregation fever, treasure such as disease. This experiment is to observe the curative effect of Erdun-7decoction in treating common cold and accelerating ripening effect. Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,100 patients with common cold who met the diagnostic criteria of Mongolian Medicine and had obvious immature fever syndrome were recruited from the society, and their symptoms were recorded at the time of enrollment, and then randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 patients respectively.Experimental group: Erdun-7 decoction, decocted twice a day after breakfast and dinner,3g each time.Control group: Aminka Huangmin capsule: oral twice a day after breakfast and dinner,1 capsule each time; The observation period of both groups was 1 to 7 days.Observe and record two groups of patients after the change of symptom, clinical manifestation, respectively,in the process of treatment of common cold symptoms, not cooked, mature hot the SFC and the symptoms after taking the drugs(fever, bad cold, sore muscles, the evening aggravating, stuffy nose, runny nose, spray rinse, sore throat, cough, fatigue, sweat, shortness of breath, headache, thirst, chest condition,palpitations).SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, and the effect of Erdun-7decoction on ripening of immature heat syndrome was observed.Results:1.Age analysis of all patients: The youngest was 20 years old and the oldest was 61 years old.The age distribution of the two groups was P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.There were 47 males and 53 females in the two groups;According to the data of the two groups, there were 23 males and 27 females in the experimental group. There were 24 males and 26 females in the control group.Analysis of the gender of the two groups showed that P>0.05.There was no significant difference in gender data distribution between the two groups.3.In the two groups of patients with common cold immature heat syndrome, the most common cold symptoms are chills(accounting for 92% of the experimental group,88% of the control group),followed by aggravation in the evening(88% of the experimental group,84% of the control group),general discomfort(80% of the experimental group,80% of the control group). The most common symptoms in the mature fever stage were the cessation of chills(experimental group: 90%,control group: 82%),followed by sweating and odorous(experimental group: 86%,control group: 82%).4.The time required from immature heat syndrome stage to mature heat syndrome stage in the two groups: after comparing the two groups, the number of people who stopped shivering within one day in the control group was more than that in the experimental group; The number of people who stopped chills within two days was also higher in the control group than in the experimental group;More people stopped shivering within three days in the experimental group than in the control group. The analysis of the number of days for the two groups to stop shivering treatment showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of the number of days for the two groups to stop shivering treatment.5.By further testing, the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared,P>0.05,indicating that there was no difference in cure between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that the two groups had significant efficacy in the treatment of common cold, but there was no significant difference in the duration of disease and efficacy.Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine Erdun-7 decoction significantly shortened the ripening time of immature heat syndrome.2.Mongolian medicine Erdun-7 soup is very effective in treating common cold.
