Objective: This study conducted a comparative clinical analysis of the symptoms of Mongolian acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with Alagaya Yamah disease before,one week after treatment and after treatment,and observed the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Mongolian acupuncture on Alagaya Marh disease,so as to provide further reference data for the treatment of Alagaya Yamah disease by Mongolian medical acupuncture.Research methods: 82 patients who were diagnosed with Aragama’s disease from December 2021 to January 2022 in the traditional therapy clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,the otolaryngology clinic of Mongolian western medicine or the inpatient treatment area were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were 40 patients in the treatment group and 42 patients in the control group,in which the control group was treated with Mongolian medicine Aobidesen Guri Gumu-13 pills once a day,with 13 pills taken orally each time;In the treatment group,the Mongolian medicine Obidesen Gurigumu-13 was taken orally once a day,and 13 pills were taken orally each time,and the acupuncture points were Shangyu point,Yumen point,frontal point and supraauricular point.The treatment time of both groups was fourteen days.Observe and compare the clinical symptoms before treatment,one week after treatment and after treatment between the two groups,and record the data,and analyze the data with SPSS software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other general data between the two groups by statistical data analysis(P>0.05).2.Total clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was87.50%,and that of the control group was 73.68%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group.3.Symptom score table: Intra-group comparison: the symptom score table of patients in the two groups was compared by statistical analysis before treatment,one week after treatment and after treatment,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The results showed that acupuncture therapy in Mongolian medicine and Mongolian medicine Aopidsen Guri Gumu-13 pills could effectively improve the symptoms of Alaga Yamaa disease.Comparison between groups: After one week of treatment and after the end of treatment,statistical analysis and comparison of symptom score table were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups had reliable curative effect in improving the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,decreased sense of smell,headache,nasal congestion,nasal secretions,and sinus tenderness,and Mongolian medicine acupuncture therapy combined with Mongolian medicine Aopidsen Guri Gumu-13 pills in the treatment of Alaga Yama disease group was better than Mongolian medicine Aopidsen Guri Gumu-13 pills in the treatment of Alaga Yama disease group4.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture therapy of Mongolian medicine has a reliable effect on Aragayama disease.2.Both Mongolian medicine acupuncture therapy and Mongolian medicine Aobidesen-Gurigumu-13 pill have effects on Aragayama disease,but the clinical effect of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group.3.Acupuncture therapy of Mongolian medicine is green,safe,simple and quick,with obvious curative effect,quick effect and few side effects.4.Through clinical observation,Mongolian medicine acupuncture therapy has a reliable effect on Aragayama disease,and it is necessary to further clinical application.
