Purpose:Through comparative research on Back-shu point Danshu(BL19), Front-mu point Riyue(GB24), Low He-sea point Yanglingquan(GB34) and the changes of infrared temperature under the different states of preoperative and postoperative patients with cholecystectomy, in order to observe the characteristics of infrared imaging of the patients with cholecystectomy, discuss if there are any relationships between cholecystectomy and the changes of infrared temperature of BL19, GB24, GB34 and three points above as special points can reflect the relevance, specificity and scientificalness of visceral diseases’ evolution.Material and method:To collect clinically 42 patients with chronic cholecystitis and underwent with cholecystectomy as an observation group and 40 healthy volunteers as the control group, jointly study as the reasearch objects. Using the ATIR-M301 uncooled medical infrared thermal imager in relatively constant room, collect the infrared thermal imaging samples of preoperative and postoperative patients and healthy volunteers. Then using the infrared thermal imager cabin temperature measuring system to measure the surface temperature of BL19, GB24, GB34 and the armpits. After get the databases calculate the relative temperature of each point(the ipsilateral acupuncture point infrared temperature/the ipsilateral armpits infrared temperature) analysis the temperature of point infrared and armpits infrared. All the databases used SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis. The infrared temperature of both left and right sides of each group are using paired sample T test for analysis. The relative temperature of same side and same acupuncture point in one group for analysis with independent sample T test. Using no parametric rank and inspection when the datas does not accordance with normal distribution and the comparison of preoperative, postoperative and control group using Kruskal-Wallis H test to analysis and compare between any two using Nemenyi test for analysis. The test results were expressed with mean ± standard deviation( ±s). If P <0.05, it would be statistically significant. Results: 1. The comparison of infrared temperature on both sides of BL19, GB24, GB34 and armpits in the healthy group, the result difference had no statstical significance(P>0.05). 2. The comparison of preoprerative cholecystectomy infrared temperature on both sides of BL19, GB24, GB34 and armpits in the observation group had no difference, while the comparison of the infrared temperature on both sides of GB34 had obvious difference, which was statistically significance(P<0.05), presenting the phenomenon that the right side temperature is higher than the left. 3. The postoperative with cholecystectomy about BL19, GB34 and the infrared temperature had no differences. But the infrared temperature of GB24 had obvious difference and it has statistically significant(P<0.05), also shows the right side temperature is higher than the left. 4. The comparison between patients with preoperative and postoperative cholecystectomy and healthy control group, showing that relative temperature on both sides of BL19, GB24 and GB34 intergroups had obvious difference, which was statistically significant(P<0.05) and these three points shows that both preoperative and postoperative temperature in the observation group are higher than that of healthy control. 5. The comparison between preoperative and postoperative themselves, and relative temperature difference on both sides of BL19, GB24, GB34 was statistically significant(P <0.05). All of these three points shows the temperature of preoperative was higher than that of postoperative. Conclusion: 1. When gallbladder occured lesions as the Back-shu point, Front-mu point and Lower He-sea point of BL19, GB24, GB34, infrared temperature occured abnormal temperature rise, showing that Back-shu point, Front-mu point and Lower He-sea point can reflect pathological responses specificity on acupoints of the visceral diseases. 2. Under the different states of preoperative and postoperative patients with cholecystectomy, the infrared temperature of BL19, GB24 and GB34 appears obvious different changes, showing that the changes of infrared temperature of these three points related to cholecystectomy, demonstrating that Back-shu point, Front-mu point and Lower He-sea point reflects relevance and scientificalness of visceral diseases’ evolution. 3. The medical infrared thermal imaging technology can provide certain scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder related diseases. |
