Objective: This study aims to meet the needs of informationization of consultation and pulse diagnosis, explore new research ideas based on complex system theory, establish a quantitative model of pulse wave that can identify individual Qi and blood disorders, and validate it using data from hypertensive patients and subhealthy populations;further, analyze the kinetics of consultation and pulse diagnosis data during the evolution of hypertensive patients’ conditions;finally, explore the feasibility of TCM consultation-pulse interrelationship in the evaluation of the effect of emotional and spiritual Finally,we explored the feasibility and validity of Chinese medicine interrogation and pulse diagnosis in the evaluation of health management effects. Methods:(i)Through literature review,we summarize and analyze the current status of pulse diagnosis and information technology research and the problems we want to solve, and summarize and summarize the new ideas of information technology research of questioning and pulse diagnosis based on the idea of disease process theory and the viewpoint of complex system theory.(ii)Firstly, based on Qi Xianghua’s famous Chinese medicine idea, combined with the ancient Chinese medicine circular movement qiqi rising and falling in and out of the model,to establish the pulse wave mathematical model that divides human health, and use Python language programming to implement. The pulse wave data of 8 subhealthy people(300 groups,1716 data)were recorded for a long period of time using a stepping pressure pulse diagnostic instrument,as well as the pulse wave data of 27 hypertensive patients(27 groups,162 data)were measured, and the symptoms of the subjects were recorded using a homemade questionnaire. The interpretive sequence design in a mixedmethods study was used to evaluate the effect of model inscription.(iii)Further, based on the eight-layer pulse position-pulse force pattern, the characteristics of pulse diagnosis data of 58 hypertensive patients were summarized using the class analysis method. And by establishing the phase space and applying the time-series analysis,we analyzed the changes of the characteristic parameters during the recovery process of hypertensive patients.Meanwhile, based on the published hypertension evidence scale, the symptom collection questionnaire of hypertensive patients was designed to decompose and digitally express the location, sensation, degree, pathology and factors affecting health of external symptoms of hypertensive patients, and a human chessboard was designed to visualize the symptoms of12 hypertensive patients.(iv)Finally, the question-pulse model was applied to evaluate the effect of affective health management in the sleep-disordered population, and a selfadministered sleep quotient questionnaire and PSQI scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 48 sleep-disordered people before and after affective health management, and a paired-samples t-test was used to compare and analyze the changes in the data before and after. The intervention effects of 2 patients were also analyzed using a convergent design in a mixed methods study. Results:(i)Inspired by complex systems theory,it was concluded that the questionpulse study needs to be based on TCM evidence-based theory, refine key covariates at multiple scales, carry out quantitative research under qualitative classification, and grasp dynamic evolutionary data to summarize the dynamics of health data fluctuations in different subcategories.(ii)The established quantitative model of pulse wave can realize the preliminary identification of 22 types of Qi and blood disorder states. The long-term measurement data of eight of the subhealthy individuals resulted in a spectral distribution, and pulse wave characteristics of one major class existed in five of them.27 of the hypertensive patients had more ulnar large but not ascending, three partial real, inch weak Guan strong ulnar weak(12/27 in total)in the left hand three pulse force;more ulnar large but not ascending, inch weak Guan strong ulnar strong and inch small upper deficiency in the right hand three pulse force(12/27).Individualized analysis was performed for each patient, and the efficiency of model identification was up to 85%.(iii)58 hypertensive patients could be classified into 5 major categories based on pulse wave characteristics:sinking strong, sinking weak, floating weak, idiosyncratic and mountain peak. The trend of recovery changes differs among different subclasses of hypertensive patients, among which the sink-weak class will gradually increase the pulse force in recovery;the sink-strong class will develop in the direction of floating pulse position or weakening pulse force.(iv)The human chessboard of the evolution of hypertension patients was established to realize the visual interpretation of the TCM evidence patterns and the visualization of the dynamic evolution of the disease in 12 hypertensive patients.(v)Sleep quality and correct perception of sleep improved by 17% and 21%,respectively,in 48 college students before and after Emotional Health Management(P < 0.05).The results of the case analysis showed that the pulse diagnosis data and the questioning data could sensitively capture the effects of the subjects’ emotional health management before and after, and could be cross-supported.Conclusion: This paper explored and validated a methodology of question-pulse informatics research from TCM theoretical system-mathematical model building-portraying clinical data-mining TCM patterns: firstly,a model based on pulse wave important parameters to identify 22 Qi and blood disorders was established, which could initially identify hypertensive patients and subhealthy people individually;further, pulse wave data were used to classify hypertensive patients Further, the pulse wave data is used to classify hypertensive patients into subcategories, and it is found that the pulse wave parameters change in different directions during the recovery process for different subcategories of patients;and the established human chessboard can visualize the personalized disease mechanism and disease development.Further, the quantitative results of interrogation and pulse diagnosis can also sensitively portray the effect of emotional health management and can be corroborated with each other, which initially explores the prospects of the interrogation-pulse model in clinical applications.
