| Objective: 1.Literature research: Statistical analysis was carried out on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions related to menstrual migraine literature by data mining method, and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease were summarized,so as to provide medication ideas for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of menstrual migraine and the clinical research part of this study.2.Clinical research: To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing Dingtong decoction in the treatment of menstrual migraine caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: 1.Literature research: The literature on the treatment of menstrual migraine by traditional Chinese medicine published in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from December 1991 to December 2021 was collected and collated. The relevant TCM prescriptions were statistically analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.2.Clinical research: 72 patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type menstrual migraine meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group taking Tiaojing Dingtong decoction and the control group taking Xuefuzhuyu capsule,36 cases in each group, for 3 consecutive courses of treatment. The headache pain score, headache symptom score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.Literature study: 144 TCM prescriptions for menstrual migraine were screened out, involving 162 TCM.Statistical analysis showed that the top 10 high-frequency medicines for menstrual migraine were:Ligusticum ligusticum, angelica sinensis,Radix paeoniae alba, bupleurum bupleurum, licorice, poria coia,Rehmannia radix, uncaria rattan, atractylodes atractylodes and chrysanthemum in descending order.According to their efficacy, all drugs were classified into 17 categories, the first4 categories were tonifying deficiency drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, relieving surface drugs and calming liver and wind.It was found that the main drug properties for treating menstrual migraine were warm and cold, and the main drug tastes were sweet and sinuses, mainly attributed to liver, heart and lung channels.Based on association rule analysis, the commonly used drug pairs were angelica--Paeoniae paeoniae, poria cocos--Atractyloides and ligusticon-Angelica dahurica. And three new prescription combinations for the treatment of menstrual migraine were obtained by cluster analysis.2.Clinical study: Before treatment, there were no statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group in age, course of disease, clinical efficacy indicators(namely headache pain score, headache symptom score and TCM syndrome score)(P>0.05),indicating comparability. There were statistical differences in the clinical efficacy indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had therapeutic effects on menstrual migraine, and there were statistical differences in the clinical efficacy indexes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group on menstrual migraine was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%,91.18%,94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.70%,66.67%,63.64%,respectively,with statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).These results indicated that Tiaojing Dingtong decoction were superior to Xuefuzhuyu capsule in reducing headache pain score, headache symptom score and TCM syndrome score. Conclusions: 1.Literature research: Through the data mining analysis,it was found that the basic criteria for the treatment of menstrual migraine were promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and qi to relieve pain, and special attention was paid to the use of drugs for tonifying deficiency, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving surface. In addition, the occurrence of menstrual migraine was closely related to the liver, and attention should be paid to the liver in the treatment.2.Clinical research: Through research,it is found that Tiaojing Dingtong decoction can effectively reduce the degree of headache, relieve headache symptoms and improve TCM syndromes in patients with menstrual migraine of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
