Research On The Development Strategies Of Women And Children’s Internet Hospitals From The Perspective Of Cooperation

The Women and Children’s Internet Hospital is the product of the integration of the Internet and the field of maternal and child health.It not only innovates the supply mode of medical services,improves the medical experience of patients,but also improves the level of equalization and convenience of medical public services,and provides new solutions for further implementing hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,achieving balanced allocation of medical and health resources and other issues.Based on stakeholder theory,cooperative governance theory and integrated medical theory,this thesis constructs an analytical framework for the cooperative governance model of women and children’s Internet hospitals.Take H Women and Children’s Internet Hospital as the research object,write a case from a micro perspective through field research,and comprehensively and deeply analyze the service content,service process and operation status of H Women and Children’s Internet Hospital through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey;Analyze the role orientation,interaction relationship and operation mechanism of multiple subjects in the process of cooperative governance.This thesis analyzes the achievements and problems of multiple subjects in the process of participating in the governance of women and children’s Internet hospitals,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.This study found that the operation of women’s and children’s Internet hospitals is a process of cross-border cooperation between the government,medical institutions,medical staff,enterprises,patients and their families.The sustainable development of women’s and children’s Internet hospitals cannot be separated from the joint efforts of multiple subjects,and the power of any party is indispensable.Cooperative governance is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of women’s and children’s Internet hospitals.Multi-agent participation in the governance of women’s and children’s Internet hospitals has achieved good results in cost reduction,efficiency improvement,health fairness,satisfaction and other dimensions.However,there are also some dilemmas in the cooperative governance of women and children’s Internet hospitals.In the future,we need to clarify the responsibilities and functions of multiple subjects,strengthen the interaction between subjects,improve the governance ability of multiple subjects,and constantly improve the security mechanism and technical means of cooperative governance.Based on the research conclusions and the development experience of Internet hospitals at home and abroad,the cooperative governance framework of Internet hospitals for women and children has been reconstructed to promote the sustainable development of Internet hospitals for women and children by expanding the scope of cooperative governance subjects,improving the service content of Internet hospitals for women and children,and improving the level of cooperation with third-party enterprises.
