| Since the eighteenth congress,promote the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,is committed to the each region can drive the development of the national high quality new regional economic power source,collaborative Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Guangdong,Yangtze river delta region,form a can radiation and influence the huge diamond geographic space,attaches great importance to the country.At present,Luzhou is relying on the existing advantages of medical and health resources to build a real third pole of medical treatment in Chengyu area and the second medical city in Sichuan.In order to achieve all-round development,it is necessary to fully integrate into this new pattern and actively participate in the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle.It is particularly important to objectively and reliably predict the future development and changes of medical resources,especially health human resources,in Luzhou City.This article studies the trend of changes in healthcare professionals in two core cities and seven regional central cities in the dual city economic circle of Luzhou and Chengdu Chongqing regions.After using the manpower/population ratio method to make a preliminary prediction of the number of health professionals in Luzhou City from 2021 to 2030,a horizontal comparison was made between the predicted total population of 2 core cities and 7 regional central cities in the Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle over the same period.It was found that there is a correlation between the number of health professionals in Luzhou City and the total population of core cities and regional central cities,The total population of core cities and regional central cities from 2006 to 2020 can be used to predict the health professionals in Luzhou City based on the ratio of coordinated manpower/population of regional economy and health in Luzhou City.Therefore,a weighted average combination model can be established using four prediction methods:manpower/population ratio method,trend extrapolation method,time series method,and Luzhou regional economic and health coordination manpower/population ratio method to predict the absolute demand for health professionals in Luzhou.Using the Health Resource Density Index method again,the Health Resource Density Index(HRDI)of Chongqing,which has a good development of health human resources within the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Circle,was selected as the standard HRDI.After predicting the relative demand for health professionals in Luzhou using the weighted average combination method,the data was analyzed accordingly and it was found that:,The health human resources of Luzhou City have basically reached the average level of core cities and regional central cities in the Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle,and compared to the other six regional central cities except Luzhou,Luzhou City’s advantages in health human resources are continuously expanding.However,the predicted absolute demand for health professionals in Luzhou City in2021 is 35534 people,and the predicted relative demand is 55559 people;The predicted absolute demand for 2030 is 56201 people,and the predicted relative demand is 76664 people.Through data analysis,it was found that there is still a significant gap in the allocation level of health human resources in Luzhou compared to the two core cities in the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle.The conclusion drawn from the above quantitative data is a qualitative analysis of the demand trend for health human resources in Luzhou City from 2021 to 2030.It is believed that in order to improve the quantity and quality of health professionals in Luzhou City,the government can carry out work from the following aspects.One is to allocate resources reasonably and expand the scale of health professional and technical personnel in various cities and states,including Luzhou City;The second is to actively integrate with the outside world and improve the quality of the health professional and technical personnel team in Luzhou City;The third is to coordinate internally,fully utilize the city’s resources,and retain existing health professionals and technicians;The fourth is to reasonably allocate and increase healthcare professionals,and create a demonstration city for health and healthcare in the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle. |
