Clinical Observation Of Bufei Qishen Formula On Patients With Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Of Lung Kidney Yin Deficiency

[Objective]By observing the clinical efficacy of Bufei Qishen formula in the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of Lung Kidney Yin deficiency type,this paper compares the scores of treatment of Chinese Medicine symptom integral,serum sex hormones,AMH and under B-ultrasound ovarian volume,the number of sinus follicles,the ovarian stromal blood flow of patients before and after,and discusses Bufei Qishen formula in the treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of Lung Kidney Yin deficiency type,to provide a basis for the clinical application.[Methods]The clinical observation method was used the patients from the Department of TCM Gynecology,Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine,age 20-40 years old,January 2021 to September 2022.The 33patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were with the method of Bufei Qishen cube,one dose a day,morning and evening,stop taking the medicine during menstrual period,and treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.According to the TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormones(LH、FSH、FSH/LH),AMH,the ovarian volume,the number of antral follicles,and ovarian stromal blood flow(PSV、RI)under-B-ultrasound were used as the observation index,comprehensive evaluation supplement.[Results]1.In terms of TCM symptoms,after treatment,the changes of menstrual cycle,the reduction of menstrual volume,waist and knee weakness,acid and soft,dry throat and mouth,deafness tinnitus,hot flushes and night sweats,insomnia and more dreams,dizziness and fatigue were improved significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of sex hormones,the values of FSH and FSH/LH were decreased after treatment,with significant differences,(P<0.05);the values of LH,AMH decreased,but there was no significant differences,(P>0.05).3.In ovarian ultrasound examination,OV,AFC and PSV increased with significant differences,(P<0.05),while RI did not improve with no significant differences(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the TCM treatment was 90%.[Conclusion]Bufei Qishen therapy for patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of lung and kidney yin deficiency type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of decreased menstrual volume,soft waist and knee,dry throat and mouth,deafness tinnitus,hot flushes and night sweats,insomnia and more dreams,dizziness and fatigue effectively improve clinical symptoms can reduce FSH levels,FSH/LH ratio,improving OV%AFC%PSV,we believe that the treatment of lung and kidney for lung and kidney Yin deficiency type of ovarian reserve function decline is effective,worthy of clinical application.There was no significant improvement in LH,RI,which is worth further exploration considering whether it is related to the insufficient number of samples and research period.
