| Purpose:In this study,the effects of mild moxibustion combined with kidney tonic anti-aging formula on the TCM syndrome scale,serum hormone level and bilateral ovarian sinus follicle count indexes in patients with decreased ovarian reserve function with renal deficiency were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment for the disease.Material and method:In this study,a total of 63 subjects with decreased ovarian reserve with renal deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled,which were divided into control group(31 cases)and experimental group(32 cases).The control group was treated with oral kidney tonic and anti-aging formula,and the experimental group was treated with mild moxibustion(taking alternate-day moxibustion)on the basis of oral kidney tonic anti-aging formula,and both groups were treated with 28 days as 1 course of treatment,and the observation indicators such as TCM syndrome points,serum hormone levels and bilateral ovarian sinus follicle counts before and after treatment were collected,and the clinical safety and efficacy of moxibustion combined therapy for the decline of ovarian reserve function with renal deficiency were comprehensively evaluated through discussion and analysis of their treatment results.Results: During the test,1 case was shed in the control group and 30 cases were accepted.2 cases were shed in the experimental group and 30 cases were accepted.1.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: The total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and both had significant differences(p<0.01).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the degree of symptom reduction in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with significant differences(p<0.05).2.Comparison of serum hormone levels: In the comparison of hormone indexes before treatment and untreated between the two groups,serum FSH levels and FSH/LH ratios were significantly different(p<0.01),and serum LH levels were effectively reduced with significant differences(p<0.05);and AMH values were not significantly different(p>0.05).Compared with the control group,the hormonal indexes in the experimental group were more effective in reducing serum FSH and FSH/LH(p<0.01),and the serum LH level was effectively reduced with significant difference(p>0.05).3.Comparison of bilateral ovarian sinus follicle count(AFC): The bilateral AFC after treatment increased compared with the pre-treatment treatment in both groups,p<0.05,which was significantly different.In the comparison of post-treatment data between the two groups,p>0.05 was not significantly different.4.Comparison of efficacy: The treatment regimens of the two groups had certain enthusiasm,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group of 83.33%,but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group in the comprehensive efficacy judgment comparison was 93.33%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 86.67% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The two treatment regimens of mild moxibustion combined with kidney tonic anti-aging formula and simple kidney tonic anti-aging formula can effectively restore the patient’s menstrual condition,reduce clinical symptoms,improve the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,effectively reduce the level of serum FSH,LH,FSH/LH hormones,and increase bilateral AFC,and have no obvious effect on the improvement of serum AMH value.The improvement of mild moxibustion combined with kidney tonifying and anti-aging prescription group and the recovery of serum FSH and LH levels were better than that of kidney tonifying and anti-aging prescription group.2.The improvement of TCM syndrome scores and the regulation of serum FSH and LH levels in the mild moxibustion combined with kidney tonic anti-aging formula group were better than those in the kidney tonic anti-aging formula group.3.Moxibustion combined with moxibustion drugs is safe and effective in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function with renal deficiency,providing new treatment ideas and methods for DOR patients,which is worthy of wide clinical application. |
