| Objective: To investigate the effects of treatment with recombinant human growth hormone and dehydroepiandrosterone on women with diminished ovarian reserve in different ages groups, through retrospectively analysis the levels of anti-Mullerian hormone and reproductive hormone and the amount of antral follicle before and after treatment. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2018,patients with poor ovarian reserve who were admitted to the Department of Reproductive Medicine in the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University were divided into two groups according to age.The younger age group is < 35 years old, including 25 cases;the senior age group is ≥ 35 years old, including 29 cases. In both groups began on the third day of menstruation, daily subcutaneous to take injection of recombinant human growth hormone 2 units, while oral dehydroepiandrosterone 75 mg,continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.Collecting and recording the levels of reproductive hormone and AMH in blood on the third day of menstruation before and after the treatment with r-GH and DHEA.As well as the number of antral follicles.Results:1 In women with diminished ovarian reserve, with increasing age,the level of AMH and the number of AFC gradually decreased, and the level of FSH gradually increased.2 Before the treatment with r-GH and DHEA,the number of AFC in infertile women of the younger age group was more than that of the senior age group(P < 0.01).The level of AMH was higher(P < 0.01).The level of FSH was lower(P < 0.01).3 After the treatment with r-GH and DHEA,the level of AMH were significantly higher than that before the treatment in the low age group(P < 0.01),as well as the number of AFC(P < 0.01).The ratio of FSH / LH were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P < 0.01).4 After the treatment with r-GH and DHEA,the level of FSH were significantly higher than that before the treatment in the senior age group(P < 0.05),as well as the ratio of FSH / LH(P < 0.01).5 After the treatment with r-GH combined with DHEA,compared with the old age group, the AMH level in the younger age group was significantly improved(P < 0.01),as well as number of AFC(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1 The decline of ovarian reserve has divergence in different ages groups women. With age increasing, the decline in ovarian reserve function is aggravated.2 The treatment with recombinant human growth hormone combined with dehydroepiandrosterone can significantly improve ovarian reserve in young women.3 The treatment with recombinant human growth hormone combined with dehydroepiandrosterone can only improve the ovarian function of the senior women and has no significant effect on the improvement of ovarian reserve function. |
