Clinical Study On Treatment Of Female Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection With Qinglin Fang Fumigation

Objective:Through studying the clinical efficacy of Qinglin Fang fumigation for recurrent urinary tract infection in women,in order to find a fast,safe and effective method for the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection.Methods:70 patients that with recurrent urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups,control group and experimental group.Both groups were given basic medical treatment.The control group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules,and the antibiotics would be adjusted according to the results of urine culture.The experimental group was given Chinese medical external treatment on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days,followed up 6 months later.Collect the clinical symptoms of the study subjects before treatment,on the first day,on the seventh day,and after treatment,and score and fill out the form;collect laboratory data and vital signs data before and after treatment;collect follow-up data.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data to determine clinical efficacy and safetyResult:1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was 23.95%higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05)2.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes:the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 23.5%higher than that in the control group.(P<0.05)3.Independent Syndrome’s comparison:(1)Comparison of the incidental sysptom(frequency of urination,urgency of urination,pain of urination,burning of urination,discomfort of abdomen),the treatment group was effective on the first day(P<0.01).The experimental group was better than the control group on the first day,the seventh day and after treatment(P<0.01).(2)For the comprehensive treatment of the fundamental syndrome(feeling thirsty,waist sore and leg pain,fatigue and illness break out after fatigue),both treatments were all effective(P<0.05).But there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Laboratory indicators:According to analyze the result of counts of white blood cells and bacteria in urine culture in two groups.Experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).5 Recurrence:The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 23.36%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis:There was no abnormality in the basic vital signs such as liver and kidney function,EGC,body temperature,heart rate,blood pressure respiration and so on during the treatment.Conclusion:Chinese medical externl treatment combined with antibiotics in the treatment of female recurrent urinary tract infection can significantly relieve the symptoms of frequent urination,urination urgency,urination pain,urination burning and abdominal discomfort in a short time The comprehensive effect was better than that of antibiotics alone.In addition,it is beneficial for long-term recurrence,safe for drug use,lower price,and worthy of clinical promotion.
