Objective:To watch the curative effect and security of 308 nm excimer light combined with compound betamethasone local injection in the treatment of alopecia areata, and to provide evidence for the application of 308 nm excimer light. Methods: A total of 75 subjects with alopecia areata who met the inclusion standard were stochastic divided into observation group and control group. The observation group accepted combined treatment, and the control group only accepted local injection of compound betamethasone. The total course of treatment was 12 weeks. The hair loss area(salt score)of the two groups of patients were collected before and after treatment. After the course of treatment, the treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were counted, and finally the recurrence of the patients was recorded.Analyze the test data and finally draw a conclusion.Results:1.There is no statistical diversity between the two groups in age, gender, course of disease, degree of illness and other general basic data,so it can be compared in the next step.2.SALT score analysis: Before treatment, there was no significant diversity in salt mark between the two groups(P > 0.05);The salt marks of the two groups were compared after the treatment, and the diversity was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the course of treatment, the marks of the observation group, the control group and each group before treatment were compared, and the diversity were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: After the treatment,7 patients in the observation group were cured,21 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 73.68%;In the control group,2 patients were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 54.05%;The effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of adverse reactions: one patient in the observation group had scalp atrophy, with an incidence of 2.63%.There were 4 cases of scalp atrophy in the control group, with an incidence of 10.81%.There was no sense in the incidence of untoward reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rate: after three months of follow-up,one patient relapsed in the observation group, with a recurrence rate of 2.63%,and three patients relapsed in the control group, with a recurrence rate of 8.10%.The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 308 nm excimer light combined with local injection of compound betamethasone has obvious effect in the treatment of alopecia areata. It can effectively reduce the salt mark of patients with alopecia areata and improve the curative effect. It has no obvious advantage in reducing adverse reactions and improving the recurrence rate. |
