Objective: With the rapid economic development in China, the lifestyle of residents has also undergone great changes.Problems such as lack of exercise, bad dietary habits, obesity and dyslipidemia have become increasingly prominent, and the risk of stroke will increase accordingly. The latest literature reports show that China’s overall lifetime risk of stroke ranks first in the world(39.9%),so the prevention of stroke in China is particularly important. Therefore, the prevention of stroke in China is particularly important. This study analyzes the detection of high-risk groups of different populations in a regimental field in Xinjiang and the distribution characteristics of risk factors in high-risk groups, which provides a basis for stroke prevention in the regimental field. Methods: according to the national health and family planning commission stroke prevention and control of engineering committee for the 2018 cerebral apoplexy high-risk population screening and intervention project ",and adopt the cluster random sampling method to extract the Xinjiang regiment field to permanent residents with more than 3981 cases,40,and stroke risk factor screening,The included subjects were subjected to laboratory examination, physical examination and questionnaire survey, and the results were analyzed for the detection of high risk groups of stroke in different populations in the region,as well as the distribution characteristics of high risk factors in high risk groups.Results:1.Among 3981 cases of permanent residents in a regiment in Xinjiang,1518 cases of high-risk population were screened out, with a detection rate of 38.13%.Among them,239 patients had a history of stroke and TRANSIENT ischemic attack, and 1279 patients had ≥3 risk factors for stroke. The detection rate of male(45.34%)was higher than that of female(30.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).With the increase of age,the detection rate of stroke risk group showed an increasing trend(X2 trend test,P < 0.05).2.The detection rate of high risk factors in high risk population from high to low is obviously overweight or obesity(78.52%),history of hypertension(75.96%),dyslipidemia(58.10%),lack of physical exercise(44.99%),history of diabetes(36.03%),smoking(15.94%),atrial fibrillation or valval heart disease(5.99%).And family history of stroke(4.94%).3.The number of highrisk factors combined with different age groups was also different, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the combination of three high-risk factors was the most common in different age groups.4.In high-risk groups, males had higher detection rates of oily taste, insufficient vegetable intake and insufficient fruit intake than females, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The detection rate of stroke risk group and its high risk factors was higher, and obesity, overweight, hypertension and dyslipidemia were more prominent.Male, old age with bad dietary habits are the key targets of stroke prevention and treatment.
