Clinical Observation Of Huatang Yishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Nephropathy(Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective In view of the fact that the current understanding of the specific pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is not perfect,and there is no definite and effective treatment plan,In this experiment,by observing the treatment results of the tutor’s experience prescription-Huatang Yishen Recipe on patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy(insufficiency of kidney qi and blood stasis syndrome),To assess its efficacy,to provide approaches for treating the disease and slowing down the progress.Methods 64 patients who met diagnostic criteria were included,the comparison group was given basic therapy plus oral valsartan,while the therapy group was given same basic treatment plus Huatang Yishen prescription.After 12 weeks,the TCM syndrome scores,Um Alb,UACR,Scr,and glomerular filtration rate were recorded in the two groups.e GFR,FBG,Hb A1 C,TC,TG,LDL and other indicators,and observe whether there are adverse effects during therapy reaction.Statistics were used to compare the differences between the two groups and analyze the data.Results(1)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:the valid rate of Chinese medicine in the therapy group was 90.32%,and that in the other was 58.06%,the treatment group’s TCM syndrome score drop more outstanding;(2)Comparison of clinical efficacy:the clinical effective rate: the treatment group was 83.37%,another was 61.29%;After curing,UACR and Um Alb were both decreased(P<0.01),the treatment group was more better(P<0.05),the therapy group has more obvious curative effect(P < 0.05);(4)Comparison of renal function: Scr and e GFR of the two groups after treatment were decreased(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05);(5)Comparison of lipid metabolism: both TC and LDL decreased after treatment(P<0.05),there was no apparent distinguish after treatment(P>0.05),there was no apparent distinguish in TG(P>0.05);(6)During the whole test process,no obvious adverse reaction symptoms were found,,and the safety is good.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Huatang Yishen Decoction is better than valsartan.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with renal failure and congestive stage III diabetic nephropathy,effectively reduce urinary protein excretion,and effectively reduce kidney damage,and the prescription can effectively reduce the patient’s glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood sugar,and also has a relatively obvious improvement in glucose metabolism.During the treatment,the patient’s liver and kidney function had no major damage,no side effects occurred,and the safety was high.The above facts prove the excellent therapeutic effect and safety of Huatang Yishen Fang,and lay a solid foundation for the traditional Chinese herbal medicine to treat this disease.
