Objective The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical efficacy of yunpi xiaodan decoction in the treatment of metabolic syndrome with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome by using tongli Sanjiao method,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this prescription in the treatment of metabolic syndrome with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome,to provide new theoretical basis and methods for the treatment of metabolic syndrome based on syndrome differentiation.Methods 1.In this study,64 cases of metabolic syndrome with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome were selected and the experimental group and control group were randomly divided,with 32 people in each group.2.The control group was given routine treatment and diet and exercise intervention,and the experimental group was treated with yunpi xiaodan decoction on the basis of the control group;and the clinical trial duration is 12 weeks.3.Observe and record the changes of TCM syndrome scores,waist circumference,body mass index,blood pressure,body weight,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,blood lipids,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index and other indicators in the two groups of subjects,and evaluate the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of insulin resistance index,the differences within and between groups were compared and analyzed using statistics.Results 1.Baseline comparison The baseline data analysis of TCM syndrome scores,age,gender,course of disease,major comorbidities,body weight,blood sugar,blood lipids,blood pressure,insulin levels,etc.before treatment between the two groups of subjects showed no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups are comparable.2.TCM Syndrome Comparison After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 86.67%in the experimental group and 53.33%in the control group.The TCM syndrome scores of the double groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the matched group,the effect of experimental group was more obvious,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).3.Insulin level comparison After treatment,the total effective rate of HOMA-IR was80%in the experimental group and 50%in the control group.Post-treatment,the FINS and HOMA-IR of the two groups decreased significantly,and the comparison showed significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the matched group,the FINS and HOMA-IR of the experimental group were significantly improved,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Waist circumference,body mass index,weight comparison After treatment,the waist circumference of the double teams and the body weight and BMI of the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there were significant indigenous statistical differences(P<0.01).The weight and BMI of the matched group were slightly improved,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the matched group,body weight,waist circumference and BMI of the experimental group decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Glucose metabolism comparison Post-treatment,the levels of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1cof the double teams were all decreased compared with before,and there were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The comparison with the double teams,the FPG and HbA1cof the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the 2h PG not reached statistical significant difference comparisonwith the double teams(P>0.05).6.Comparison of blood lipids Post-treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in the test team and TC,LDL-C in the matched team were obviously improvement compared with the previous,with statistic significance obviously(P<0.01),the TG and HDL-C in the matched team were slightly improved compared with the previous ones,and the comparison has statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the double teams,TG and HDL-C in the test team were obviously improved compared with the matched team,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The TC and LDL-C all not reached statistical significant difference compared with the double teams(P>0.05).7.Comparison of blood pressure Post-treatment,SBP in double groups was slightly improved compared with the previous ones,and the comparison showed statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant change in DBP,and not reached statistical difference(P>0.05).Compared with the matched team,there was no statistical significance in the decrease of blood pressure between the experimental team and the matched group(P>0.05).8.Safety indicators During this study,there were no adverse events in the double groups of subjects,and the safety indicators of both groups were within the normal range.Conclusion 1.Tongli Sanjiao method combined with western medicine has obvious curative effect in improving TCM syndrome,body mass index,glucose metabolism and insulin level in MS patients with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome,and improves the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism.2.Tongli Sanjiao method combined with western medicine can reduce the IR state of the body and delay the progression of MS with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome.3.Yunpi xiaodan decoction has no adverse reactions in the treatment of MS patients with Sanjiao damp heat syndrome,which is of great has good safety and clinical efficacy,and can be further clinical promotion and application.
