| Objective:This study observed and analyzed the relationship between anxiety and depression, resting heart rate and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and then explored the internal relationship between anxiety and depression and acute coronary syndrome.Methods:150 patients with acute coronary syndrome hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of Guiyang first people’s Hospital from December 2020 to December2021 were selected.According to the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS),the patients were divided into 29 cases in the simple anxiety group,30 cases in the simple depression group,69 cases in the anxiety depression group and 22 cases in the non anxiety depression group, the resting heart rate(RHR)and Gensini score of simple anxiety group, simple depression group, anxiety depression group and non anxiety depression group were compared;According to the clinical classification of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),the patients were divided into 58 cases in the ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)group,52 cases in the non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)group and 40 cases in the unstable angina pectoris(UA)group, the SAS and SDS scores of STEMI group,NSTEMI group and UA group were compared;According to the location and number of coronary lesions, the patients were divided into 27 cases in the left main lesion group,32 cases in the single vessel lesion group,40 cases in the double vessel lesion group and 51 cases in the three vessel lesion group, the SAS and SDS scores of left main lesion group, single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group were compared;According to the RHR level, the patients were divided into 38 cases in the low heart rate group(RHR ≤ 70 beats / min),64 cases in the central rate group(70 beats / min < RHR≤ 85 beats / min)and 48 cases in the high heart rate group(RHR > 85 beats / min),the SAS and SDS scores of the low heart rate group, the central rate group and the high heart rate group were compared;According to Gensini score, the patients were divided into 49 cases in the low group(Gensini ≤ 50 points),61 cases in the medium group(50 points < Gensini ≤ 80 points)and 40 cases in the high group(Gensini > 80 points),the SAS and SDS scores of the low group, the medium group and the high group were compared;Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was used to analyze the correlation between RHR level,Gensini score,SAS and SDS scores;Through the above comparative analysis,to explore the relationship between anxiety, depression and resting heart rate and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Results:The RHR level and Gensini score in simple anxiety group, simple depression group and anxiety combined depression group were significantly higher than those in non-anxiety depression group(p < 0.05);The SAS scores of STEMI group and NSTEMI group were significantly higher than those of UA group(p < 0.05);The SDS score of STEMI group was significantly higher than that of NSTEMI group and UA group(p < 0.05);SAS and SDS scores in single vessel lesion group, double vessel lesion group, three vessel lesion group and left main lesion group increased significantly in turn(p < 0.05);SAS and SDS scores in low heart rate group, central rate group and high heart rate group increased significantly in turn(p < 0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of low, medium and high Gensini scores increased significantly in turn(p < 0.05);RHR level and Gensini score were positively correlated with SAS and SDS scores in patients with ACS(p < 0.05).Conclusions:Anxiety and depression are related to the resting heart rate of ACS patients and the degree of coronary artery disease.ACS patients with anxiety and depression have higher resting heart rate and more serious coronary artery disease. |
