Objective:To treat depressed adolescents with computerized cognitive-behavioral therapy(CCBT),compare the efficacy of the drug group and the combined treatment group, and explore the emotional processing defects and electrophysiological mechanisms of depression patients. Methods:Includes two parts:(1)58 depressed adolescents admitted to a hospital in Guizhou Province from March to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a drug treatment group(28 cases, drug treatment alone)and a combined treatment group(30 cases, drug treatment + CCBT treatment),and recruited 30 normal control subjects were tested by General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Beck scale for suicide ideation(BSI-CV).The word-face emotional Stroop task and the emotional intensity assessment task were tested;(2)Before and after treatment, the drug treatment group and the combined treatment group were tested with scales, and the word-face emotional Stroop test and emotional intensity assessment test were carried out using event-related potential(ERP)technology. Results:Study 1:(1)The self-efficacy score of the depressed adolescents with depression was significantly lower than that of the normal control group(p<0.05),and the score of suicidal ideation was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(p<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in the correct rate and reaction time on the emotional Stroop task of-face;(3)The score of positive faces in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the drug treatment group(p<0.05).Study 2:(1)The post-test general self-efficacy score of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the pre-test(p<0.05),the Beck suicidal ideation and Hamilton depression scores were significantly lower than the pre-test(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the drug group difference;(2)On the word-face emotional stroop task, the N2 amplitudes and P3 amplitudes induced by the combined treatment group under incongruent conditions were significantly higher than those under congruent conditions(p<0.05),and the P3 latency induced by the post-test was significantly higher than that of the pre-test(p<0.05),the N2 amplitude was significantly lower than that of the pre-test(p<0.05).There were no significant differences in drug groups;(3)On the emotional intensity assessment task, the N170 amplitude induced by the pre-test in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the post-test(p<0.05),and there was no difference in the N170 amplitude induced by the pre-test and post-test in the drug group.Conclusion:(1)There are significant differences in self-efficacy and suicidal ideation between depressed adolescents and normal control groups;(2)CCBT combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the self-efficacy,reduce suicidal ideation, reduce depression, and improve emotional processing and cognitive function in adolescents with depression;(3)The effect of CCBT combined with drug treatment for depression is better than that of drug treatment alone.
