| Objective:This study first verified the reliability and validity of the resilience scale(CD-RISC)in depressed people, and then analyzed the incidence of suicidal ideation in depressed patients and the influencing factors of suicidal ideation. Methods:A total of 226 hospitalized patients with depression in nanjing brain hospital were selected, including 84 males and 142 females.Using general situation questionnaire(including gender, age, culture degree)and Hamilton depression rating scale, such as suicide ideation scale(selfrating idea of suicidescal,SIOSS),self-esteem scale, social support rating scale, life events scale(LES),eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ)and the Chinese version of Connor-Davidson mental resilience scale to evaluate patients with depression.Results:1.The internal consistency reliability of the Chinese version of the resilience scale in patients with depression was 0.924,and the reliability of the subscale was0.909(tenacity),0.869(strength)and 0.766(optimism),indicating that the internal consistency reliability was good.2.In this study, the incidence of suicidal ideation in depressed patients was69.47%,and that in male and female depressed patients was 67.86%and 70.42%,respectively,with no significant difference.3.The results of this study showed that there were significant differences in the incidence of suicidal ideation among patients of different ages. The rates of suicidal ideation at ages 18~30,31~40,41~50,51~60,61 and above were 80.85%,38.89%,70.45%,71.79%,61.54%,respectively.4.According to the results of this study, the incidence rates of suicidal ideation in junior high school and below, senior high school, junior college and bachelor’s degree and above were 65%,64.41%,74.19%and 71.55%,respectively,with no significant difference.5.In the two groups with suicidal ideation toughness and each factor score(t=7.18,p<0.01),(t=6.88,p<0.01),(t=5.70,p<0.01),(t=3.53,p<0.01)and social support(t=5.09,p<0.01),self-esteem(t=4.72,p<0.01),neuroticism(t=5.60,p<0.01)and depression(t=7.86,p<0.01),negative life events(t=6.00,p<0.01)points all have significant differences.6.The multivariate binary logistic regression model showed that depression(β=0.154),negative sexual events(β=0.011),and neuroticism(β=0.071)were risk factors for suicidal ideation.Age(31~40 years old)(β=-1.203),mental toughness(β=-0.041),and self-esteem(β=-0.091),social support(β=-0.074),were protective factors for suicidal ideation.7.Multiple stepback regression analysis showed that depression(β=0.335),negative sexual events(β=0.007),and neuroticism(β=0.114)were risk factors for suicidal ideation.Mental toughness(β=-0.043),self-esteem(β=-0.117),and age(31~40 years old)(β=-1.664),social support(β=-0.155)were protective factors for suicidal ideation.8.The fitting index of the structural equation model showed that x~2/df=1.177,RMSEA=0.028,CFI=0.995,IFI=0.995,TLI=0.990,NFI=0.966,AGFI=0.949,the model fit well.Depression,self-esteem,negative life events, neuroticism, social support and mental toughness all had direct effects on suicidal ideation.Mental toughness indirectly affects suicidal ideation through self-esteem;Self-esteem can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through depression;Depression indirectly affects suicidal ideation through mental toughness;Negative sexual events can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through depression and social support.Social support can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through mental resilience;Neuroticism may indirectly influence suicidal ideation through mental resilience and social support.Conclusion:1.The Chinese version of the Mental Resilience Scale has good reliability and validity among inpatients with depression;2.The incidence of suicidal ideation in patients with depression is not significantly different in terms of gender and education;in terms of age, there is a significant difference in the incidence of suicidal ideation between 18~30 and 31~40 years old depression patients, and there is no difference between other age groups There are significant differences.3.Depression patients with and without suicidal ideation have significant differences in mental toughness,depression,self-esteem,neuroticism,negative life events, and social support.4.Multi-factor binary logistic regression analysis shows that, among age factors, compared with 18~30 years old,31~40 years old is a protective factor for suicidal ideation;psychological resilience,self-esteem,and social support are protective factors for suicidal ideation;Depression, negative life events, and neuroticism are risk factors for suicidal ideation.Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that, among age factors,31-40 years old is a protective factor that enhances the degree of suicidal ideation compared with 18-30 years old;psychological resilience,self-esteem,and social support are protective factors that enhance the degree of suicidal ideation;depression, negative Sexual life events and neuroticism are risk factors that increase the degree of suicidal ideation.5.The structural equation model shows that depression,self-esteem,negative life events, neuroticism, social support, and psychological resilience all have direct effects on suicidal ideation.Depression can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through mental resilience;self-esteem can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through depression;negative life events can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through depression;neuroticism can indirectly affect suicidal ideation through mental resilience and social support;mental toughness can be indirectly affected through self-esteem Affect suicidal ideation. |
