Application Study Of “Internet + Micro Class” In Pressure Injury Training Of Nurses

ObjectiveTo understand the needs of nurses for training knowledge of Pressure injury;to explore the effect of“Internet+micro class”application in nurses’Pressure injury training.MethodFrom January 2020 to August 2020,The subjects were 156 nurses in 26 clinical departments of first class III class a hospital in Dandong.Using the methods of random sampling and stratified sampling,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 13 departments and 78 people in each group,including 5 departments of surgery and 8 departments of internal medicine.Before the training,the weak links and needs of nurses on Pressure injury knowledge were investigated by questionnaire,and the training plan was made.The experimental group was trained based on“Internet+micro class”,while the control group was trained by offline traditional teaching method.The training contents of the two groups were the same,with a total of 6 times of training,once a month,1.5hours each time.The self-designed general information questionnaire,Pressure injury related knowledge questionnaire,Pressure injury related knowledge training and learning needs questionnaire,Case analysis questionnaire,Braden risk factor assessment scale,Pressure injury healing status assessment and classification scale(DESIGN-R),They were used to compare the mastery level of Pressure injury related knowledge,Pressure injury staging,risk factors,and the evaluation ability of healing state between the two groups before and after training.SPSS 25.0 was used to process and analyze the data.The statistical methods used included descriptive statistical analysis,χ~2-test and two independent samples t-test.Result1.Prevention knowledge and treatment knowledge were the main demands of nurses in the two groups.2.There were no statistical differences in the evaluation accuracy of general information,pressure injury knowledge score,pressure injury stage,risk factors and healing state between the two groups before training(P>0.05),indicating comparability.3.Two groups of nurses pressure injury knowledge score comparison.The scores of pressure injury knowledge after training in two groups were higher than those before training,but the score of“Internet+micro class”training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Two groups of nurses pressure injury staging assessment accuracy comparison.The accuracy rate of the two groups of nurses after training was higher than that before training,but the accuracy of the“Internet+micro class”training was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the correct rate of Braden risk factors assessment between the two groups.The accuracy rate of Braden risk factors assessment after training of two groups of nurses was higher than that before training.However,the accuracy rate of Braden risk factors assessment in the experimental group after the“Internet+micro class”training was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.Two groups of nurses pressure injury healing state evaluation accuracy comparison.The accuracy rate of the two groups of nurses after training was higher than that before training.However,the accuracy rate of the“Internet+micro class”training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions1.In the pressure injury training of clinical nurses,we should strengthen the training of prevention and treatment to meet the needs of nurses.2.The“Internet+micro class”training mode can improve nurses’knowledge level of pressure injury,ability to judge by stages,identify ability of risk factors,and evaluate the state of healing.3.The“Internet+micro class”training mode can be used as an effective adjunct method for training clinical nurses’pressure injury under the normalization of epidemic situation,and is worthy of popularization and application.
