Objective:To investigate and analyze the dietary nutrition intake of patients with early diabetes, and provide reference for developing individualized nutrition support plan and scientific nutrition management in diabetic nephropathy. Methods:This study through the collection of August 2021 to March 2022 in Hainan medical affiliated endocrinology hospital treatment of 95 cases of early diabetes nephropathy, dietary nutrition intake survey statistics, according to gender, weight,DKD stage, group analysis and compare the daily total calories, daily intake of nutrients in each group.Statistical methods were analyzed using the spss25.0 software.Results:1.The daily nutrient intake of patients of different genders showed significant differences in total energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, dietary fiber,VB1,VB2,VC,V C,Nick acid, and VE(P<0.05).Among male patients, all dietary nutrient intake levels were higher than those of female patients.2.Comparison of carbohydrate, fat and protein intake by weight group of DKD patients:①Different weight groups in energy, protein intake, fat intake, carbohydrate intake are significant differences(P<0.05),after pairwise comparison, lean energy, protein intake, fat intake, carbohydrate intake is significantly lower than the normal group, overweight, obesity group energy, protein intake, fat intake, carbohydrate intake(P<0.05).②Comparison of other nutrient intake by weight groups:no significant differences in dietary fiber, sodium,VC,and Nick(P>0.05);calcium,VA,VB1,VB2,and VE(P<0.05),calcium,VA,VB1,VB2 were significantly lower than calcium,VA,VB1,VB2,and VE(P<0.05).3.Comparison of carbohydrate, fat and protein intake in different stages of DKD patients:①There was no significant difference between carbohydrate intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake in each group(P>0.05).②The mean value of protein intake and protein energy supply in G1 group was significantly higher than that of protein intake and protein energy supply in G2 group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of daily total energy and protein intake and recommended value in DKD patients:patient daily total energy and protein intake were higher than the recommended amount, daily total energy intake and recommended amount ratio, protein intake and recommended 0.8g/kg/d ratio, protein intake and recommended 1.0g/kg/d ratio were significantly different from the recommended value(P<0.05).5.Intake of other nutrients in DKD patients:dietary fiber, calcium and VB2 were lower than the recommended amount, respectively 35.3%,86.7%,73.9%,sodium,VB1,VA and VC were higher than the recommended amount, respectively 123.5%,149.0%,106.1%and 221.3%.Conclusion:The daily energy, protein and fat energy supply ratio of DKD patients is higher than the recommended amount, dietary structure and nutrient intake are unreasonable, and dietary intervention and intensive guidance should be provided. |
