| Based on the Trust Theory and Social Amplification of Risk Framework, this study takes Wuhan medical students as the research object,by using the method of offline quota sampling survey to find out Wuhan medical students’ occupational risk perception and doctor-patient conflicts reported exposure and media trust’s impact on medical students’ occupational risk perception. This study constructed a regression model for the impact of doctor-patient conflict reporting exposure and trust on medical students’ occupational risk perception degree.Through multiple linear regression analysis, the impact of doctor-patient conflict reporting exposure and trust on medical students’ occupational risk perception was deeply discussed. The study found that after controlling for gender,doctor-patient conflict risk experience, knowledge mastery level and education level, the attention and information bias of doctor-patient conflict reports, media channel trust and news source trust significantly and positively predicted the occupational risk perception of medical students.Specifically, the more attention they paid to the reports about doctor-patient conflict reports, the more negative the reported information was,and the higher the occupational risk perception was.The higher the credibility of traditional media channels, medical experts and ordinary people, the higher the occupational risk perception of medical students. In addition, education level and knowledge mastery level in demographic factors also have a significant positive effect on medical students’ occupational risk perception. There are three main innovations in this study: firstly, domestic researches on occupational identity and risk perception level of medical students are all from the perspective of sociology and ethics. This study creatively introduces the issue of occupational risk perception of medical students from the perspective of communication. The influence of doctor-patient conflict report exposure and trust on occupational risk perception of medical students was investigated by using the Communication Effect Theory,Trust Theory and Social Amplification of Risk Framework.Secondly, this study constructed a regression model of the impact of doctor-patient conflict reports exposure and trust on medical students’ occupational risk perception, providing a new theoretical interpretation framework for the impact of media reports on occupational risk perception, which can provide some references for the research of the impact of risk perception in other fields.Thirdly, this study obtained several innovative conclusions by building two regression models, hoping to provide some inspirations and reference value for the future researches in this field. |
