Medical problems has been an important issue to people’s everyday lives. With the progress of science and technology, medical theory and practice of medicine have a very high level of development, it changed people’s way of living and thinking fundamentally. But in the meantime, doctors and patients conflicts between events also occurred. From many news reports, we can see that medical disputes occur because the treatment is not entirely an accident that causes more performance for the lack of trust between doctors and patients. Therefore, the relationship of trust between doctors and patients factors influence the inquiry, for the realization of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, medical workers as well as further ways of improving services and upgrade medical institutions all have important implications.Through the study of the existing literature of the doctor-patient trust issues,study found that the use of doctor-patient relationship of trust theory is still in a relatively early stage and trust between doctors and patients are often analyzed from the perspective of a single。This paper describes the mechanism of formation of trust between doctors and patients, and then from a trusted source theory of factors that will affect the doctor-patient relationship of trust induction to conduct environmental trust propensity and perceived credibility Patients in the medical side of these three aspects, and separately from each perspective to build trust model. To achieve the level of trust between doctors and patients in the fast-track assessment, this paper established doctor-patient dynamic trust model, and based on this detailed level of trust between doctors and patients assessment methods. Finally, on the basis of a trusted source model to improve the way the doctor-patient relationship is explored, from the perspective of hospital administrators focuses on the positive impact of the introduction of the hospital customer relationship management system to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
