| Objective: By measuring the temperature of acupoints on meridian system(MS)of patients with breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),we explored the characteristics of meridian acupoint thermoregulation in patients with breast cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The subjects of this study included healthy college students, breast cancer patients and HCC patients.Among them, healthy college students were served as the normal control group. The source of breast cancer patient cases is a social welfare organization composed of local cancer patients.HCC patients were diagnosed by histopathologists in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from August 2021 to December 2021.Breast cancer and HCC patients are divided into new diagnosis group,long-term survival group and metastatic group according to the actual situation. After the measurement and analysis of the temperature of 362 acupuncture points on the meridians of 15 college students in the early stage,135 commonly used acupuncture points were finally determined as the sites for measuring the temperature of acupuncture points. Results: 1.The temperature correlation between the left and right sides of the acupuncture points of the same name on the meridians of healthy college students is strong(P<0.01).2.The average acupress temperature of the newly diagnosed,long-term survival and metastatic groups of breast cancer patients was(35.1±1.3)℃,(36.4±0.2)℃ and(34.7±2.0)℃,respectively.The average temperature of acupuncture points in the control group of breast cancer patients was(36.6±0.1)℃.The mean temperature of acupuncture points in the newly diagnosed,long-term survival and metastatic groups of HCC patients was(35.9±0.9)℃,(36.4±0.3)℃,and(33.4±0.8)℃.The average temperature of acupuncture points in the control group of HCC patients was(36.5±0.2)℃.3.The temperature of the Taibai acupoint and the Jinggu acupoint in the original acupoint changed significantly.Breast cancer patients taibai acupoint(34.7±1.2)℃,Jinggu acupuncture(34.6±0.9)℃.The temperatures of Taibai acupoint and Jinggu acupoint in HCC patients were(34.8±1.2)℃ and(34.5±1.3)℃,respectively.4.Compared with the normal control group,in terms of all acupuncture point temperature, the temperature fluctuation of acupuncture points in breast cancer patients with new diagnosis was significantly significant(P=0.0005),and the temperature fluctuation of acupuncture points on the feet, limbs, yang meridians and yin meridians was statistically significant(P=0.0006,P=0.0006,P=0.0007,P=0.0008),and there were obvious statistical differences in the temperature fluctuation of acupuncture points on the hands and trunk(P=0.0036,P=0.0039).There were significant statistical differences in overall acupuncture point temperature fluctuations in breast cancer metastasis groups(P=0.0032),significant differences in acupuncture point temperature fluctuations on hands and limbs(P=0.0004,P=0.0003),and differences in acupuncture point temperature fluctuations between feet and vagina(P=0.0147,P=0.0111).Compared with the control group, the patients in the new HCC group showed significant statistical differences in the fluctuation of acupuncture point temperature overall, hand, foot, limb, yang meridian and yin meridian(P=0.0064,P=0.0034,P=0.0024,P=0.0073,P=0.0053,P=0.0013).There were significant statistical differences in fluctuations in overall, foot, limb, and periostic acupuncture points in the HCC transfer group(P=0.0005,P=0.0004,P=0.0006,P=0.0004),and statistically different fluctuations in hand, trunk, and vaginal acupuncture points(P=0.0033,P=0.0015,P=0.0032).5.Lower extremity acupuncture point temperatures in breast cancer and HCC patients are lower than those in the trunk. The average acupoint temperatures of the trunk, upper limbs and lower limbs of breast cancer patients in the new diagnostic group were(36.2±0.3)℃,(36.2±0.2)℃ and(34.5±1.2)℃,respectively,and the acupoint temperatures of trunks, upper limbs and lower limbs in the metastasis group were(36.4±0.6)℃,(35.5±0.8)℃ and(32.2±1.1)℃,respectively.The temperature of the trunk, upper limb and lower limb acupuncture points in the control group of breast cancer patients were(36.3±0.1)℃,(36.2±0.2)℃ and(35.9±0.4)℃,respectively.In the HCC metastasis group, acupoint temperatures were(33.4±0.6)℃ on trunk,(33.4±0.7)℃ on upper limb and(32.0±0.8)℃ on lower limb, respectively. The acupoint temperatures of trunk, upper and lower limbs in the HCC control group were(36.5±0.2)℃,(36.3±0.1)℃ and(36.0±0.4)℃,respectively.Conclusions: 1.The temperature of meridian acupuncture points in healthy adults shows a clear circular symmetrical distribution and the left and right sides of the acupuncture points of the same name are strongly correlated.2.The acupuncture point temperature of the newly diagnosed and metastatic groups of breast cancer and HCC patients showed obvious asymmetrical serrated arrangement and strong fluctuations, and the acupuncture point temperature of patients in the long-term survival group was more stable.3.Patients with breast cancer or HCC had lower acupoint temperatures of their legs than that their trunk. |
