| Objective: Treatise on febrile diseases has been a book since the end of Eastern Han Dynasty,and gradually became a necessary book for TCM study since Tang Dynasty.Contemporary study is based on zhaokaimei’s edition of the edition of the Song Dynasty correction Medical Book Bureau.With hermeneutics and terminology theory and method,50 terms of treatise on febrile diseases are studied and the current definition connotation and definition method are explored,It is not only beneficial to the contemporary research of the classical theory and clinical of traditional Chinese medicine,but also contribute to the standardization of subject terms.Methods: the research will use Hermeneutics theory and methods,including "the textual research method of the theory of primary school","the method of syndrome description","the method of anti measurement of prescription and medicine for treatment","the comparison of homologous literature","the comprehensive method of the theory of the same period",For the six main categories of noun selected 50 terms of typhoid fever,comparative studies including traceable source of TCM theory in typhoid fever period,literature errata in Tang Song period,citation of studies on Ming and Ming noters,and theoretical analysis of TCM were conducted,and the concepts and definitions of noun were canonically studied terminologically.Results: the study selected six categories of nouns in Treatise on febrile fever,including "famous things","disease name","syndrome name","pathogenesis","symptom" and "treatment method",which included 50 nouns.Through the comparison of the definition of planning textbooks,tool books and industry standards,the thesis evaluated the research methods of "explaining with literature","explaining by classics","explaining by annotation" and "solving with heart",Through defining the research results,under the guidance of terminology research norms,the definition of standardized nouns is carried out.1.Famous things.(1)Ganlan water: water after repeatedly lifting.(2)Flowrate of water:rainwater flowing on the ground.(3)Clear seriflux: the liquid that can be appetized and digested after fermentation and has acid taste.(4)Suo Bing: noodles easy to digest.(5)Hemp boiling soup: boiling water.(6)bitter wine: the liquor containing acetic acid is brewed.2.Disease name(1)exogenous febrile diseases:(1)a syndrome type of solar disease,which is relative to stroke.The sun disease mainly shows fever,cold and body pain.(2)The disease that feels external evil,develops rapidly,takes fever as the main manifestation.(2)chest binding syndrome: the disease characterized by internal depression of pathogenic heat or cold evil,and physical physical and evil fighting knot with phlegm water,and the main external evil,and Yang Qi is heavy.(2)Heat-accumulating in the bladder: evil heat and blood stasis are bound in the lower coke.(3)coldness in chest: phlegm drink or stagnation of food in the chest.(4)cold in the interior: refers to the pathogenesis of hot and vigorous inside,and no external or external evil has been solved.(5)interior stagnation of heat:(1)the sun surface evil into the shifted with changing academic theory and clinical practice,among which the definition of noun terms remains to be supported and supplemented by some results,such as archaeology and literature;The nosological noun definition should be more consistent with the contemporary theoretical framework of TCM;Proof of the analogy since Song’s previous understanding of syndromes all differed from present-day when considering unity;Pathognomonic terms do not yet provide a uniform consensus;There is basically consensus between symptom class and conquer class noun,which are the two types of noun
