Objective: This project is based on Professor Zhang Jin’s theory of sensory transmission along the meridian, using certain acupuncture techniques to stimulate "qi" to go to "disease center " combined with moxibustion to intervene in female stress urinary incontinence. We hope to find a more effective treatment method by comparing the method of "localized qi" combined with moxibustion with that of the general acupuncture group, and exploring its mechanism. Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients who met the diagnostic, inclusion, and exclusion criteria for stress urinary incontinence and were seen in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion VII at our hospital(Heilongjiang Provincial Chinese Medicine Hospital).According to the randomized coding table, the group was randomly divided into the meridian sensing group(30 cases)and the general acupuncture group(30 cases). Both groups used the same acupuncture points and moxibustion methods based on the treatment of their respective basic diseases;the difference was that the group of meridian sensing technique was used to stimulate the meridian qi to make the "needle sensation" spread to the lower abdomen, anterior yin and perineum to achieve the therapeutic purpose, while the group of ordinary acupuncture could obtain qi locally by acupuncture;both groups were treated for 2 weeks(5times a week,40 minutes a time)for 3 consecutive courses of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the two groups of patients were compared in urine leakage(1-hour urine pad test),Frequency of urination(72-hour urinary incontinence frequency)and the overall impact of the disease on the patient’s life(IIQ-7 score)and all aspects(ICI-Q-SF score, the comprehensive questionnaire on urinary incontinence Urinary)and the improvement status of the four areas, such as the state of the improvement, and the relevant data are analyzed and organized to draw conclusions. Results: 1.After 3 courses of treatment, urine leakage(1-hour urine pad test),frequency of urination(72-hour urinary incontinence frequency)and the overall impact of the disease on the patient’s life(IIQ-7 score)and all aspects(ICI-Q-SF score, the comprehensive questionnaire on urinary incontinence Urinary)were measured before and after treatment in the two groups of patients. The scores were compared within the groups, and the differenceswere statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatment regimens are effective in treating stress urinary incontinence.2.After treatment, urine leakage(1-hour urine pad test),frequency of urination(72-hour urinary incontinence frequency)and the overall impact of the disease on the patient’s life(IIQ-7 score)and all aspects(ICI-Q-SF score, the comprehensive questionnaire on urinary incontinence Urinary)were tested respectively. The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),It showed that the treatment effect of the meridian-sensing group was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group, and more dramatic treatment effect.3.The total effective rate after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which proved that the therapeutic effect of the treatment plan of meridian sensing acupuncture combined with moxibustion was better than that of the treatment plan of ordinary acupuncture combined with moxibustion, and the therapeutic effect was more significant. Conclusion: 1.Both the meridian sensing group(meridian sensing combined with moxibustion treatment)and the general acupuncture group(general acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment)could effectively reduce the volume and frequency of urinary leakage in patients with stress urinary incontinence, which could effectively improve the quality of survival of patients.2.The clinical efficacy of the treatment regimen of meridian sensing combined with moxibustion for stress urinary incontinence was significantly better than that of the treatment regimen of ordinary acupuncture with Qi combined with moxibustion.
