| Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, seek theoretical basis for acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence, and provide a simple and easy way for clinical treatment. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence meeting the criteria were selected, and then randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group took the method of pelvic floor muscle training, and the treatment group used acupuncture combined with moxibustion. The acupuncture used the method of piercing the bones with acupuncture. The needles were needled 6 times a week for 30 minutes each time for 4weeks of continuous treatment.Moxibustion selected points: Shenque,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao, using gentle moxibustion, each acupoint moxibustion for 10-15 minutes, once every other day,3 times a week, continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Four weeks later, the two groups of patients were compared with the urinary incontinence scale scores developed by the American Academy of Geriatrics, the degree of urinary incontinence and the maximum bladder capacity.Results:1.After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of urinary incontinence of the two groups of patients were reduced(P < 0.05),which proved that the two methods were effective;after treatment, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group The improvement of clinical symptom score of urinary incontinence was more obvious than that of the control group.3.The degree of urinary incontinence of the two groups of patients was improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the two schemes were effective;and the difference in the degree of urinary incontinence between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proves that the treatment group The degree of improvement of urinary incontinence was better than that of the control group.4.The maximum bladder capacity of the two groups of patients was improved after treatment(P < 0.05),and the two schemes were effective;and the difference in the maximum bladder capacity between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proves that the treatment group. The improvement of maximum bladder capacity was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Pelvic floor muscle training, acupuncture combined with moxibustion for the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence patients with kidney-yang deficiency have certain clinical effects.2.The overall curative effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence patients with kidney-yang deficiency is better than that of the pelvic floor muscle training group. The acupuncture combined with moxibustion group is better than the pelvic floor muscle training group. The patient’s clinical symptom score and urine incontinence. The degree of incontinence and the maximum bladder capacity were significantly improved. |
