Clinical Observation Of Du Moxibustion Of Lumbosacral Portion Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Stress Urinary Incontinence With Kidney Yang Deficiency In Women

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of du moxibustion of lumbosacral portion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence with kidney yang deficiency in women.Providing safe and effective methods and scientific basis for clinical treatment of this disease,and with a view to better clinical promotion.Method: Sixty female patients with stress urinary incontinence of kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with du moxibustion of lumbosacral portion combined with acupuncture,and the acupuncture points were Zhongji,Shenshu(double),Pangguangshu(double),Sanyinjiao(double),Guanyuan,and Mingmen;the control group was treated with acupuncture.The acupuncture points were the same as the treatment group.The du moxibustion of lumbosacral portion was performed once a week,acupuncture every other day at a time,three times a week,two weeks for a course of treatment,there are four courses of treatment.Observing the changes of both of the group for 1h urine pad test,the average number of 24 hurinary incontinence,the kidney-yang deficiency symptom score and the ICI-Q-SF score at before and after treatment,and compared with the difference of curative effect.Results: 1.In terms of age,course of disease,number of childbi rths,mode of delivery,degree of course of disease,and 1h urine padtest,the average number of 24 h urinary incontinence,the kidney-yan g deficiency symptom score and the ICI-Q-SF score before treatment,t he two groups of patients were tested Statistical test,P>0.05,ther e is no significant difference between the groups.2.After four courses of treatment in the two groups,the 1h urin e pad test,the average number of 24 h urinary incontinence,the kidne y-yang deficiency symptom score and the ICI-Q-SF score were all lowerthan those before treatment.Comparison within the group,P<0.05;A fter treatment,the treatment group was better than the control groupin improving the leakage of urine in the 1h urine pad test,the numb er of 24 h urinary incontinence,the score of kidney-yang deficiency s ymptoms and the ICI-Q-SF score.The comparison between the groups wasP<0.05.3.After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 92.9%,the total effective rate of the control gro up is 82.1%.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group on f emale kidney-yang deficiency type stress urinary incontinence was bet ter than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference is signif icant.Conclusion: Du moxibustion of lumbosacral portion combined with acupuncture and simple acupuncture in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence with kidney yang deficiency in women are effective.Du vessel moxibustion of lumbosacral portion combined with acupuncture in improving the quantity of urinary incontinence,urinary incontinence times,kidney Yang deficiency symptoms and the ICI-Q-SF score is significantly superior to simple acupuncture.Its curative effect is worthy of affirmation and can be popularized and applied as a safe and effective clinical treatment.
