At present,China has achieved victory in the major strategic stage of building a moderately prosperous society.The society pays more and more attention to the construction of barrier-free environment,aiming to realize the goal of integrating the disabled into our daily society.The development of science and technology provides new auxiliary conditions for the construction of barrier-free environment.How to help the disabled to integrate into the society,design products under the current scientific and technological conditions to enable them to obtain barrier-free living environment,improve their existing living conditions,and help them to obtain better living conditions is a hot topic of design concern at present.The current China’s Internet the rapid development of science and technology,all kinds of smart phone APP to our life and work has brought a lot of convenient,but less to hear disability groups development of APP on the market,how to hear the reality of the disabled medical problem,improve their medical environment,the barrier-free the humanistic concept of development.Therefore,this paper will be studied from the following aspects:(1)this article first from the barrier-free design and barrier-free environment construction as the basic starting point,through the method of literature research,analysis of the barrier-free environment construction at home and abroad,will hear that disabled people as the main research group,according to their psychological and physiological characteristics,as well as the media usage in everyday life,put forward to hear the disabled medical auxiliary APP design task.(2)Based on the analysis of the media use of people with hearing and speaking disabilities through questionnaire survey,combined with the current conditions of mature information assistive technology,it is found that mobile media has the advantages of real-time performance,low cost and mature assistive technology,which makes it easier to popularize and carry out barrier-free media assistive design for people with hearing and speaking disabilities.(3)Through comparative analysis,the design of the APP for assisting hearing and speaking disabled groups on the market today is summarized,including its visual interface design features,design deficiencies and areas in need of improvement,and the design principles and guidance of the APP for hearing and speaking disabled groups are analyzed and sorted out to provide design reference for the practice of the project.(4)Carry out research on the medical needs of patients with hearing and speaking disabilities,divide four representative user groups according to the questionnaire analysis of patients with hearing and speaking disabilities and interviews with doctors.According to the needs of users and the principles of auxiliary APP design sorted out previously,Carried out the design practice of its medical assistance APP,constructed the information architecture of the APP,determined the main tone of the APP,and designed the logo.According to the construction of information architecture,the page design under functional modules was improved,and the APP design scheme was evaluated and practiced to further improve the APP subject design.This project provides certain reference for the information construction of barrier-free environment in the future.The medical APP designed for the needs of users with hearing and speaking disabilities can help solve some of their problems in medical rehabilitation and health management.To provide reference suggestions for barrier-free environment construction and development.Encourage more people with disabilities to integrate into daily life and realize individual value with the help of science and technology.
