Effect Of Parent-child Interactive Medical Game Intervention On Emotional Behavior Of Children With Blood Tumor

Objective: to construct a parent-child interactive game intervention scheme for the emotional behavior of children with blood tumors,and to explore its application effect on alleviating the emotional behavior problems of children and improving the psychological flexibility of parents’ upbringing,so as to provide reference for clinical intervention research on emotional behavior problems.Methods: 1.this study is an experimental study.Children with blood tumors who meet the inclusion criteria in the children’ s blood ward of Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of science and technology are selected as the research objects.2.According to the admission time,36 hospitalized children with blood tumors from June to December 2020 were taken as the control group and 36 children from January to June 2021 were taken as the observation group.The control group was intervened by routine game items,and the experimental group was intervened by parent-child interactive game.2 children’s emotional behavior scale and parental rearing psychological flexibility scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention.3.Quantify all the data,input it into the computer with Epi Data software,and establish the database with IBM spss23 0 software for statistical analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the general data of patients by frequency,rate and percentage;The mean and standard deviation were used to describe the quantitative research data;The inspection level is 0.05.Results: 1.A total of 80 subjects were included in this study,40 in the control group and 40 in the observation group.During the intervention,4 cases fell off in the control group and 4 cases fell off in the observation group.Finally,72 subjects were included.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data such as gender,age,type of disease,length of hospitalization and educational level of parents(P > 0.05).2.After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of emotional behavior of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before the intervention(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).The score of prosocial behavior was higher than that in the control group and before intervention(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).3.After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of parental rearing psychological flexibility of the two groups were compared: the cognitive dissociation,acceptance and total scores of the parents of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and before the intervention(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).After the intervention,the score of commitment action in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the observation group before intervention and after the intervention(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.As a special group,children with blood tumors have poor cognitive function due to their young age,combined with limited activities,psychological trauma and deviation from normal learning and family life caused by disease and long-term hospitalization,which makes their emotional and behavioral problems more prominent.They should attract the attention of families and society,early identify emotional and behavioral problems and carry out intervention.2.Children with blood tumors have different degrees of emotional and behavioral problems.Special attention should be paid to those who are young,have a long treatment time,have poor ability to bear the treatment cost,and have insufficient confidence in their parents to cure the disease.Through parent-child interactive game intervention for preschool hospitalized children with blood tumors,let them divergent thinking,expand creativity and construct individual upward development resources in the process of positive emotional experience or positive interaction,so as to promote lasting behavior improvement and alleviate children’s emotional behavior problems;At the same time,parent-child game intervention is adopted.On the one hand,it promotes the communication and exchange between children and parents,so as to enhance the emotional flow of both sides,which is conducive to the improvement of parent-child relationship;On the other hand,the interactive behavior between parents and children can promote parents to understand children’s emotions and behaviors,increase their understanding of children’s growth,help parents accept children’s negative emotions and abnormal behaviors,respect children,listen to children patiently,and develop healthy parenting behavior,so as to promote the improvement of parents’ psychological flexibility in parenting;The improvement of parent-child relationship and parental rearing psychological flexibility will also promote the development of children’s positive emotion and positive behavior,so as to achieve a virtuous circle.
