Clinical Study Of Guben Zhuyu Plaster In Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation In Women (Cold-dampness Stagnation Type)

Objective:1.It is confirmed that umbilical paste(Guben Zhuyu paste)is an effective clinical scheme for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.2.Summarize the best plan of umbilical sticking time and sticking course,so as to make umbilical sticking therapy standardized and effective.Methods:In this study,72 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases in the application group and 36 cases in the false application group.The application group was given umbilical plaster therapy,and the composition of umbilical plaster was as follows: Angelica dahurica 6g,Cinnamomum cassia 3g,frankincense 4g,Aconitum carmichaeli 3g,Myrrha 3g,Clove 4g,Atractylodes macrocephala 6g and Foeniculum vulgare 4g.The patients were treated twice a week for 12 hours,and the course of treatment was 2 months.The treatment was stopped during menstruation,and continued after treatment.The operation method,operator and treatment time of the fake application group are the same as those of the application group,but the navel paste medicine is replaced by starch mixed with vinegar,and the patients will be treated in accordance with the wishes of the application group after the trial.Finally,we can verify the effectiveness,safety and compliance of umbilical plaster in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and summarize the best scheme of umbilical plaster time and treatment course,so that umbilical plaster therapy can become a standardized and effective treatment method.Result:1.The total effective rates of the sticking group and the sham sticking group were88.896% and 8.33%,respectively.It can be seen that the two groups are Compared with results,there is a certain statistical value(P<0.05).2.Comparing the two groups in the implementation group,for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold and damp stagnation,before and after treatment,The difference in pain scores and symptom scores of the patching group were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the sham patching group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The obvious difference in symptom improvement of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(cold-damp stagnation type)was in the 4th to 6th week of treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Umbilical Paste(Guben Zhuyu Paste)can effectively treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold and damp stagnation.2.Umbilical paste treatment of cold damp stagnation type pelvic inflammatory disease course should be 4-6 weeks,and the best treatment time point is in the 6th week of treatment.
