One Clinical Study Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Damp Stagnation

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of pelvic inflammatory disease, treatment ofdamp heat and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: in this study,60cases of damp heat and blood stasis of chronic pelvicinflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group (taking pelvicinflammatory disease prescription No.1) and control group (taking Kangfuyan capsules) ofthe30cases, the two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients withsymptoms, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, B imaging appendix package of block size andthe signs of change the situation, carries on the statistical analysis.Results: the treatment group and the control group in the clinical curative effect of thetotal efficiency of90%and64.33%respectively, there was statistically significant (P⁢0.01). The treatment group in improving symptoms, signs, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,reduced B imaging adnexal mass size were better than the control group (P⁢0.05). Noadverse reactions were found during treatment course.Conclusion: pelvic inflammatory disease, treatment of damp heat and blood stasis hasbetter clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, clinical symptoms,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and local signs can significantly improve the patient’s, it isworth further study and clinical application.
