Clinical Observation Of Iron Hoop Paste On Postoperative Low Perianal Abscess Of Flammable Poison Type

Objective:This study was to observe the clinical effect of iron hoop ointment on wound pain,swelling and induration of wound edge,growth of granulation tissue,wound area,wound healing rate and wound healing time after operation of low perianal abscess with exuberant fire toxin.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,72 inpatients who underwent one-time radical resection of low perianal abscess in the inpatient department of anorectal department of affiliated hospital of gansu university of traditional Chinese medicine and met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine dressing change after operation,and the treatment group was treated with iron hoop ointment on the basis of the control group.On the first day after operation(before treatment)and on the 3rd,7th and 14th days after operation,the indexes of wound pain,redness and induration of wound edge,growth of granulation tissue and other indexes of the two groups were observed and recorded.At the same time,the wound area and healing rate of the two groups on the 14th day after operation were counted,and the wound healing time of the two groups was recorded.Finally,the curative effect evaluation and medical statistical analysis were carried out to draw conclusions.Results:1.Wound pain,swelling and induration of wound margin,growth of granulation tissue of wound surface:On the 7th and 14th day after operation,the curative effect of iron hoop ointment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.Wound area and healing rate:On the 14th day after operation,the average wound area of the iron hoop ointment group was(3.86±1.06)cm~2,and the average wound area of the control group was(4.93±0.96)cm~2.There was a statistical difference in wound area between the two groups(t=-4.460,P<0.05).On the 14th day after operation,the average wound healing rate of the iron hoop ointment group was(59.35±4.57)%,and the average wound healing rate of the control group was(49.14±5.23)%.There was a statistical difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups(t=8.816,P<0.05).The curative effect of the iron hoop ointment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Wound healing time:the average wound healing time of the iron hoop ointment group was(23.67±3.54)days,and the average wound healing time of the control group was(26.31±4.57)days.There was a statistical difference in wound healing time between the two groups(t=-2.739,P=0.008<0.05).The curative effect of the iron hoop ointment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Overall efficacy:On the 14th day after operation,the overall efficacy of the Tiegu ointment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation:There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The application of iron hoop ointment in the postoperative treatment of low perianal abscess of fire-toxin flourishing type can reduce wound pain and swelling and induration of wound edge,promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,reduce wound area,improve wound healing rate and shorten wound healing time,thus promoting wound healing and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
