| Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture on lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke and the effect on FMA-LE,BBS and MBI scores of lower limb motor function. To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with moxibustion on lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke..Method:60 cases of patients in line with this study were selected and divided into treatment group(Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group,30 cases)and control group(ordinary acupuncture group,30 cases)according to random number table method. Both groups of patients were given corresponding treatment of basic diseases. The treatment lasted for 30 days.To observe the changes of lower limb motor function score(FMA-LE),balance function score(BBS)and modified Barthel Index Rating Scale(MBI)scores before and after treatment in Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group, and to compare the differences of clinical efficacy between Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group after treatment. All data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the general data(age, sex, course of disease, and nature of disease)and observation indexes(FMA-LE,BBS,and Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale)of the Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with moxibustion and acupuncture group compared with the ordinary acupuncture group. The results showed that Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group had comparability of general data and observation indexes before treatment.2.After treatment, the patients of two groups of three observation index score were higher than before the treatment, and the Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture group is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture is more effective than ordinary acupuncture in improving lower limb motor function, balance function and daily life quality of patients after stroke.3.The total effective rate of Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group was 96.6% and 82.1%,respectively,and the overall clinical therapeutic effect of Tai-Yi moxibustion combined acupuncture group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group(P=0.038,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. These results suggest that Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture has superior clinical efficacy in improving lower limb motor function, balance function and daily life quality of patients after stroke.Conclusion:1.Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture and acupuncture treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke can improve the lower limb motor function, balance function and daily life quality of patients.2.Tai-Yi moxibustion combined with acupuncture is superior to ordinary acupuncture in improving the therapeutic effect of lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke. |
