Objective:By observing the characteristics of skin temperature change of Taichong(LR3)point in healthy youth and young people with sub-health state of liver depression fire type before and after acupuncture at right Taichong point, the correlation between sub-health state of liver depression fire type and skin temperature change of Taichong(LR3)point was analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation diagnosis of sub-health state of liver depression fire type and acupuncture research under different states.Methods:33 healthy young subjects were recruited with an average age of 26.810±2.297 years.According to the inclusion criteria of young people with sub-health status of liver depression fire type,31 subjects were enrolled, with an average age of 27.516±1.598 years. The experiment was carried out at room temperature of 24±1℃ and humidity of 20%±10%.The two groups were treated with the same intervention. The subjects were rested for 30 minutes. After the body temperature was constant, the doctor routinely disinfected the right Taichong point, and directly punctured the right Taichong(LR3)point 0.5-0.8 inches, and acupunctured once,30 minutes each time. The skin temperature of the right Taichong(LR3)acupoint before and after acupuncture was observed by infrared thermal imager:(1)Before acupuncture:The skin temperature changes of Taichong(LR3)acupoint at 0min,5min,10min,15min,20min,25min and 30min in the quiet rest stage were recorded, and the point temperature at 30min of quiet rest was taken as the immediate point temperature before acupuncture as the main control point.(2)Acupuncture needle retention stage:acupuncture 2min,5min,10min,15min,20min,25min,30min each period of Taichong point skin temperature changes.(3)The post-effect stage:the skin temperature changes of Taichong(LR3)point at 2min,5min,10min,15min,20min,25min,30min.The data were collated and recorded in Excel form. The intra-group and inter-group comparisons were carried out by T test and repeated measurement variance analysis, and the changes of temperature in acupoint area before and after acupuncture at Taichong(LR3)were analyzed:Results:1.Before acupuncture:(1).In the sub-health group with liver depression and fire transformation, the acupoint temperature in Taichong(LR3)acupoint area showed a significant downward trend between 5min and 15min of quiet rest, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The skin temperature in Taichong(LR3)acupoint area gradually reached the equilibrium state between 20min and 25min of quiet rest, and there was no significant difference in temperature change(P>0.05).(2).The temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in healthy youth decreased within 30minutes of rest, and there was no significant difference in the temperature change of Taichong(LR3)point in each period(P>0.05).The acupoint temperature at quiet rest for 30min was taken as the immediate temperature before acupuncture in the two groups, and the acupoint temperature before acupuncture was compared.(3).Within 20min of quiet rest, the temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in the sub-health group of liver depression and fire type was higher than that in the healthy group at each time point, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The temperature of the two groups tended to be stable after 25min and 30min of quiet rest, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.After acupuncture:(1).In the sub-health group of liver depression and fire type, the temperature of Taichong(LR3)acupoint area increased after acupuncture for 2min(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in skin temperature between 5min and 30min(P>0.05).There was significant statistical difference in temperature rise at 2 min and 5 min after acupuncture(P<0.05).The temperature increased from 10min after injection to 30 min after injection, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2).After acupuncture at Taichong(LR3)point of healthy subjects, the temperature of Taichong(LR3)point at 10 min and 15 min after acupuncture showed an upward trend compared with that before acupuncture(P<0.05).The temperature of Taichong(LR3)acupoint decreased significantly at 20 min and 25 min after acupuncture(P<0.05).(3).After acupuncture at Taichong(LR3)point,the skin temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in the sub-health group of liver depression and fire type was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The skin temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in sub-health group was lower than that in healthy group from 10 min to 30 min.The temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in sub-health group of liver depression and fire type decreased significantly at 10 min,15 min,25 min and 30 min(P<0.01 or P<0.05).From 2 min to 5 min after acupuncture, the temperature of Taichong(LR3)point in sub-health group of liver depression and fire type was significantly lower than that in healthy group(P<0.01).After 20 min of acupuncture treatment, the temperature in the sub-health group of liver depression and fire type gradually increased.Within 25 min to 30 min of acupuncture treatment, the temperature at Taichong(LR3)in the sub-health group of liver depression and fire type was significantly higher than that in the healthy group, with extremely significant indigenous statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The skin temperature of Taichong(LR3)acupoint is higher than that of the healthy group, which provides the basis for the dialectical diagnosis of sub-health state in traditional Chinese medicine.2.The skin temperature of sub-health group of liver depression and fire type caused by acupuncture at Taichong points decreased, while the skin temperature of sub-health state of healthy group increased, suggesting that acupuncture has different effects in different states.
