Objective:Through acupuncture at Taibai,the temperature changes in the original acupoint area of the spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type of sub-health youth and healthy youth were observed,and the characteristics of skin temperature changes in Taibai acupoint area in different states of youth during acupuncture were studied,so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of sub-health status of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type.Methods:34 young subjects with sub-health status of spleen deficiencyand dampness type and 34 healthy young subjects were recruited.Between 18 and 35 years of age.According to different health status,the subjects were divided into experimental group(sub-health youth with spleen deficiency and dampness type),mean age 25.436±2 years old and control group(healthy youth),mean age 24.248±2 years old.Both groups were treated with the same intervention method,the subjects rested quietly for 30 minutes,after the body temperature was constant,under routine disinfection,the right Taibai point was punctured 0.5-0.8 inch,in order to get gas for the degree,the needle was left after 30 minutes.The experiment was carried out at room temperature 21℃±1℃,humidity 40%±10%,without air flow.The infrared thermal imager was used to observe the temperature changes in the right Taibai acupoint area of the two groups of subjects in different periods.The experiment was divided into three stages:(1)quiet rest period:temperature of cave area was recorded every 5min;(2)Acupuncture period(Immediate needle insertion and needle retention stages):2min,5min,10min,15min,20min,25min,30min after acupuncture point area temperature records;(3)After needle exit:record the temperature of one point at 2min,5min,10min,15min,20min,25min,30min after needle exit.Taking the point area temperature at rest for 30 minutes as the immediate injection temperature,and as the main control point,the T test and repeated measurement analysis of variance were used to compare the intra-group and inter-group.The influence of acupuncture on point area temperature and the correlation between sub-health status,health status and point area temperature of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type were analyzed.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Calm rest period:The temperature of Taibai acupoint area in the experimental group continued to decrease for 0-20min,and the temperature was statistically different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stable temperature between 20 and 30 min(P>0.05);In the control group,the temperature in Taibai acupoint area continued to decrease for 0-15min,and the temperature was statistically different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the stable temperature between 15 and 30min(P>0.05);The temperature of the sub-health group and the healthy group continued to decrease and remained stable during quiet rest.There was no significant difference in the temperature of the right Taibai acupoint between the two groups within 0-30min of quiet rest(P>0.05).2.After acupuncture at Taibai point on the right side,the temperature in the control group and the experimental group was not significantly increased when the needle was retained for 2 min compared with that when the needle was immediately injected,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The temperature of the two groups showed a continuous upward trend at 5 min and 10 min after needle retention,which was statistically different from that before acupuncture(P<0.05),and the temperature rise in the control group was more obvious than that in the experimental group.When the needle was retained for 15 min,the temperature in the experimental group reached the peak of 23.71±1.88 ℃,but there was no statistical difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The point temperature of the control group reached a peak of 25.48±2.04 ℃ at 20 min,which was significantly different from that of the experimental group(P<0.01).When retaining needles for 25 minutes,the temperature of the two groups decreased,but the temperature of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).When the needle was retained for 30 min(immediately after the needle was released),the acupoint temperature of both groups increased,and the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group.There was a very significant indigenous statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.After the needle:The temperature in the control group gradually increased at 0-15 min after acupuncture,and there was a very significant indigenous statistical difference compared with the immediate injection(P<0.01);The temperature gradually decreased 15-30 min after injection until it was stable compared with that immediately after injection,and there was extremely significant indigenous statistical difference(P<0.01).The temperature in the experimental group decreased gradually at 0-10 min after injection,and there was a very significant indigenous statistical difference compared with the immediate injection(P<0.01);Temperature gradually increased from 10 min to 20 min,and there was significant difference compared with immediate injection(P<0.01);The temperature gradually decreased to be stable from 20 min to 30 min,and there was statistical difference compared with the immediate injection(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between 30 min and immediate inject ion(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Before,during and after acupuncture,the skin temperature in the right Taibai acupoint area of the sub-health youth with spleen deficiency and dampness retention was lower than that of the healthy youth,which provided the basis for the diagnosis of sub-health with single acupoint in traditional chinese medicine2.Needling Youtaibai acupoint can increase the temperature of healthy young people’s Youtaibai acupoint area,duration,and maintain the temperature of the acupoint area after acupuncture is more obvious than that of the sub-health youth with spleen deficiency and dampness.It suggests that young people in different states have different effects after acupuncture at the original point.
