Clinical Research Of Timing Auricular Plaster Therapy Combined With Danzhixiaoyao Pill In The Adjuvant Treatment Of Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty In Girls With Liver Depression Transforming Into Fire Type

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill in the adjuvant treatment of ICPP in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type,including the improvement of the TCM main symptoms,some secondary symptoms,mammary nucleus index,and serum sex hormone levels.To explore the superiority and effectiveness of timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill in the treatment of ICPP in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type,and provide more powerful evidence for it as a safe and effective adjuvant therapy.Methods:A total of 60 girls with ICPP（liver depression transforming fire type）were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each one,age from 4 to 10 years old.On the basis of the same routine treatment and lifestyle intervention,the treatment group was given timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill,and the control group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill.After 2 months of treatment,the changes of main and secondary symptoms of TCM scores,mammary nucleus index and serum sex hormone levels of children were evaluated.Using SPSS24.0 statistical software to do statistical analysis of data.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy:the effective rate of treatment group was93.33%and 83.33%of control group,the two groups were statistically different（P=0.037<0.05）.2.Comparison of clinical symptom score:after treatment,the total clinical symptoms was statistically different between the two groups（P<0.05）;Comparison of TCM main symptom score:the treatment group in improving breast staging,menstrual band was better（P<0.05）,but the two groups have no effect in the improvement of pubic hair and axillary hair（P>0.05）;Comparison of TCM secondary symptoms score:the total secondary symptoms was statistically different between the two groups（P<0.05）,the treatment group in improving breast staging,menstrual band,irritability,chest and flank swelling,insomnia and dreaminess was better（P<0.05）,The two groups did not have statistical difference for improvement of bitter mouth and dry throat and constipation（P>0.05）.3.Comparison of physical indexes:the index of bilateral mammary nucleus in the two groups decreased after treatment（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was better（P<0.05）.4.Comparison of serum hormone level:the two groups can change the FSH,LH and E₂levels（P<0.05）,the treatment group is better（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill in the adjuvant treatment of ICPP in girls with liver depression transforming into fire type is safe and effective,and it is more advantageous than that of single use of Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill acetate.2.Timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill has a significant effect in improving the clinical symptoms of children,such as breast staging and menstruation and is better than the control group in improving relevant Chinese medicine symptoms.3.Timing auricular plaster therapy combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill can effectively control the mammary nucleus index,the clinical effect is better.
