Objective:Through the analysis of the relevant factors of the ICPP girls’ serum levels of BGP, Study the influence of Zhi Zao particle on the level of ICPP girls BGP.And explore Zhi Zao particles slow down bone age maturation process, the possible mechanisms of action to improve the final adult height.in childrenMethods:Select the46caseswhich were diagnosed for liver stagnation and phlegm junction with idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls.25cases in thetreatment group,21cases in the control group. Before treatment, Related factors which could effect of the serum BGP content are analyzed in46cases of ICPP girls. Comparison of general data in treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine Zhi Zao particles,1dose every day,2times, blunt. The control group was given enantone every4weeks for intramuscular injection1times. The course was6months. Before and after treatment, E2. T. GH, IGF-1, BGP, BA/CA indicators were compared between the two groups. Mean±standard deviation (X±S) expressed all data. Pearson method and partial correlation method analysis on BGP and its related factors. Treatment and control groups used the Mann-Whitney rank sum test, Before and after treatment used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Analysis completed by SPSS16.0package.Results:1. Between the treatment group and the control group, comparison in disease duration、age onset,height, weight, FSH, LH, uterine volume, ovarian volume is no difference in patients (P>0.05).2.analysis results in the Pearson method on the ICPP girls age, height, weight, bone age, serum BGP were significantly correlated (P<0.01). After the partial correlation method to control the impact of various factors, Only BGP of serum and bone age were related (P<0.01). No significant correlation between serum BGP content and age, height, weight (P>0.05).3. The Pearson method analysis on T、GH, E2, IGF-1, BGP in serum in the ICPP girl. Serum GH, IGF-1, BGP were related between each other (P0.01). E2and IGF-1were correlated (P<0.05). E2and GH, BGP was not statistically significant (P>0.05). There was no significant correlation between T and GH, IGF-1, BGP,(P>0.05). After the partial correlation method to control the impact of various factors, Serum BGP content only with IGF-1is positively correlated (P<0.05). The correlation was statistically significant between Serum BGP and E2, T, GH levels (P>0.05).4. Compared the treatment group and control group children with treatment, after treatment, serum E2, GH, IGF-1, the BGP level are lower. There were significant differences between before and after treatment (P<0.05). Between the two groups, serum E2, GH, IGF-1. the BGP level showed no significant difference (P>0.05).5. Between the two groups before and after treatment of bone age compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05). After treatment, bone age mature processes are slow (treatment group1.14±0.10vs1.19±0.11, control group1.14±0.12vsl.21±0.13). Between the two groups, There were no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. Serum BGP levels in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty and bone age was positively correlated. BGP can reflect the extent of skeletal maturity.2. Serum levels of IGF-1levels in idiopathic central precocious puberty in girls with BGP was positively correlated. serum E2, GH, IGF-1levels are affect ting the extent of skeletal maturity in patients.3. Zhi Zao particle can reduce the ICPP girls serum E2, T, GH, IGF-1, BGP levels, to improve the patients condition4. Zhi Zao particle can reduce the content of ICPP girls serum E2, T, GH, IGF-1, to down the content of BGP, delaying the progress of the skeletal age mature, thereby improving the final adult height of children with ICPP...
