Objective:Observe the clinical effect of spinal endoscopic technology combined with Jitongxiao capsule in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,observe the improvement of patients’ early nerve root residue symptoms and lumbar spine function after surgery,and provide a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine to treat postoperative symptoms of spinal endoscopic technology.Methods:60 patients who were treated in the orthopedic injury department of our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected,randomly numbered 1 to 60.After the numbering,the patients were divided into two groups of 30 cases each,and No.1-30 were assigned to the experimental group;No.31-60 was assigned to the control group,according to the corresponding The numbers are grouped into different groups.The control group underwent endoscopic lumbar disc herniation for postoperative routine treatment.On the basis of postoperative routine treatment,the experimental group took oral in-hospital agent Jitongxiao capsules 6 capsules at a time,3 times a day.Follow-up time: 3 months: observe and record the corresponding scale of patients before and 3 days after treatment,2 weeks,4weeks and 3 months after treatment:(1)Visual Analogue Scales(VAS)score.(2)Japan Orthopaedic Association score(JOA).(3)the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI).Compare the clinical efficacy of the control group.Results:1.A total of 60 patients in the two groups met the criteria,with 14 males and 16 females in the control group,and 15 males and 15 females in the experimental group.The comparison of the general data between the two groups shows that there is no statistical difference in the general data(P>0.05),so the two groups are comparable.2.VAS score results: Compared with the experimental group 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups at the time nodes 3 days after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).3.ODI score results: The ODI scoring experimental group was significantly lower than the control group at nodes of 2 weeks and 4 weeks,with a significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the ODI score between the experimental group and the control group 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).4.JOA score results: The JOA scores of the two groups compared the JOA scores of the experimental group 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.The JOA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups at the time nodes 3 days after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).5.Comparison of JOA improvement rate: The improvement rate of JOA treatment in the two groups was tested 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks.The P value was <0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.6.The effect of JOA determined that there was no significant difference between the two groups at the end of the return visit(3 months after treatment)(P>0.05).The VAS score,ODI score,JOA score and JOA improvement rate three months after treatment were tested by independent sample T,and P > 0.05 was found,which was not statistically significant.It shows that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 3 months of treatment.Conclusion:Jitongxiao capsule is conducive to promoting the restoration of postoperative symptoms of LDH patients with spinal endoscopy in a short period of time,and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.However,it has little impact on the long-term treatment effect.
