[Objective] Duhuo parasite decoction is a classic prescription for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy has been widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in recent years. Both of them have achieved good clinical effects, but the combined application is still lack of related clinical efficacy research. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Duhuo parasite decoction combined with percutaneous intervertebral pore endoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by observing and collecting clinical efficacy, visual analog score(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(Oswestrydisabilityindex,ODI)and other indicators.[Methods] A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated in the Spinal minimally invasive Center of Hongdu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang from December 2018 to December2019.The patients were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine group(Duhuo parasite decoction),percutaneous intervertebral foramoscopy group and combined group(Duhuo parasite decoction combined with percutaneous intervertebral foramoscopy)with 24 cases in each group. The sex, age, course of disease,BMI,lesion segment and other data of the patients were collected and statistically analyzed. The treatment and follow-up were carried out strictly according to the study plan, and the complications during treatment and follow-up were observed and recorded. The VAS score and ODI score before treatment and2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment were statistically analyzed. All patients were followed up for 6 months.[Results]: The main results were as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease,BMI,lesion segment and other measurement and counting data among the three groups(P>0.05)..(2)Intra-group comparison: the postoperative VAS score and ODI score of the three groups were improved compared with those before operation, and the inter-group comparison: 1 the VAS score and ODI score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and percutaneous intervertebral poroscopy group at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score and ODI score between the percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy group and the combination group.2 there was significant difference in ODI score and VAS pain score at 2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment between the percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.3 there were significant differences in ODI score and VAS pain score between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combined group at 2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of clinical efficacy among the three groups after 2courses of treatment: the total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine group, percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy group and combined group were 66.7%,83.3% and 91.7%,respectively.[Conclusion]:(1)The clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation treated with Duhuo parasite decoction alone, percutaneous intervertebral foramoscope and Duhuo parasite decoction combined with percutaneous intervertebral foramoscopy were all improved.(2)The use of Duhuo parasitic decoction alone is slower than the other two treatment methods to improve the symptoms of patients and the curative effect is not good.(3)After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of symptoms in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, but there was no significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the combined group and the percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy group after 6 months of treatment, indicating that the clinical short-term effect of the combined group was significant.can add to the rehabilitation of patients. The clinical effect of Duhuo parasite decoction combined with percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of Duhuo parasite decoction alone or percutaneous intervertebral foramen endoscopy alone, and traditional Chinese medicine combined with minimally invasive surgery has more advantages. |
