Professor Xie Jingri Focuses On The Medication Rules And Experience Summary Of Treating Functional Diarrhea

Objective:To summarize Professor Xie’s experience of syndrome differentiation and medication in treating functional diarrhea.Methods:The first diagnosis cases from January 2017 to December 2020 who met the inclusion criteria for the study were selected.The name,gender,age,tongue vein,TCM diagnosis,western medicine diagnosis and TCM prescription were collected,input into the Microsoft Execel template,and the "TCM inheritance computing platform V3.0" system was used to analyze the input information,to discuss the medication rules and clinical experience of Professor Xie Jingri in the treated of functional diarrhea.Result:1.The basic information of medical records showed that the incidence rate of male was higher than that of female,and the incidence of male and female was 1.54:1.The age group of 26-35 years old was the most,accounting for23.59%.The second is 46-55 years old,accounting for 20.22%.2.The statistical results of tongue vein show that the tongue quality is mainly dark red tongue,tooth mark tongue and red tongue,and the tongue moss is mainly white and greasy moss.Pulse image is mainly slippery pulse string,pulse depression and pulse slip.3.The statistical results show that the temper weakness syndrome appeared the most frequently,accounting for 32.02%,followed by liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,dampness and heat accumulation and spleen syndrome,and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Cold and wet trapped spleen syndrome and cold and hot mismixed syndrome.4.The statistical results of drug category show that the occurrence frequency in the top six were: deficiency medicine,astringent medicine,qi medicine,wetting medicine,surface drug,and wet drug.The total proportion was 74.4%.5.The statistical results show that the four Qi and five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;The five flavors are mainly warm,flat and cold;The meridians are mainly spleen meridians,lung meridians,stomach meridians,liver meridians,kidney meridians and large intestine meridians.6.The statistical results of drug frequency showed that among the 178 cases,there were 9 drugs used for more than 100 times,including atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,coix seed,chebule,psoralen,atractylodes,nutmeg,yam and astragalus.The total frequency of use reached 1193 times,accounting for 42.30% of the total frequency.High-frequency drugs for Professor Xie Jingri to diagnose and treat functional diarrhea.7.The analysis of drug association rules shows that Professor Xie Jingri’s common drug combination for the treatment of functional diarrhea is 25 groups and the core combination of prescriptions is 4 groups.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Jingri’s most commonly used drugs for the treatment of functional diarrhea are:atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,coix seed,chebule,psoralen,atractylodes,nutmeg,yam and astragalus.2.Professor Xie Jingri’s common drugs for the treatment of functional diarrhea are: deficiency medicine,astringent medicine,qi medicine,wetting medicine,surface solution medicine,and water wetting medicine.3.The main taste of the treatment for functional diarrhea are: bitter,sweet,spicy,warm,flat,cold,spleen,lung,stomach,liver,kidney and large intestine.4.Taking invigorating the spleen,clearing dampness and relieving the liver as the basic treatment,dialectically combining clearing heat and dampness,light water seepage,warm and tonifying Yang,and increasing qing and stopping diarrhea is an important treatment for Professor Xie Jingri to treat the treatment of functional diarrhea.
