Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Thyroid Nodules After Microwave Ablation (Liver-depression And Phlegm-coagulation Type) With Chinese Herbal Tea Substitute

Obj ective:To investigate the advantages and characteristics of Chinese herbal tea sub stitute in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation after microwave ablation by observing the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal tea substitute in patients with benign thyroid nodules with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation after microwave ablation.Research methods:Forty-eight patients who completed microwave ablation of thyroid nodules at the Second Department of Surgery of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between March 2021 and October 202 1 were randomly divided into two groups of 24 patients each,designated as the control group and the treatment group,respectively.Patients in both groups received routine postoperative life management,control group took plain water,900ml a day;The treatment group began to take tea substitute on the third day after surgery,one pack a day,brewing three times,3 0 0 ml each time.The observation period was 3 months.The main symptoms of the patients were scored at three ob servation points before treatment,1 month after medication,and 3 months after medication,and the volume reduction rate of the maximum nodular ablation area was calculated.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed and compared.Results:Four people were shed and eliminated during the treatment period,and a total of 44 cases meeting the criteria were finally obtained,22 cases in the observation group and 22 cases in the treatment group.1.Compared with before treatment,after treatment,both groups of patients had a significant reduction in the rate of nodule volume reduction,and the treatment group group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the pre-treatment period,the TCM syndrome score decreased in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score decreased in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).3.Comparing the treatment efficiency of the two groups based on the volume reduction rate of the maximum nodule ablation area,the efficiency of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 36.36%,and the difference in the total efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparing the treatment efficiency of the two groups based on the Chinese medicine evidence points,the efficiency of the treatment group was 68.1 8%,and the efficiency of the control group was 3 6.3 6%,and the difference in the total efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1:The use of Chinese herbal tea can promote the absorption of the largest nodules after microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules.2:Chinese herbal tea can improve the systemic symptoms of benign thyroid nodules after microwave ablation.It is safe and effective without obvious adverse reactions...
