Obj ectives:To explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in relieving the thyroid nodule microwave ablation postoperative pain for carrying forward the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a new treatment method for relieving the postoperative pain and accelerating the rehabilitation of patients,by observing the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Penetration therapy combined with Ruyijinhuang powder to relieve pain after microwave ablation of thyroid nodulesMethodsFrom April 2019 to December 2019,60 patients who were admitted to the Second Surgical Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine and received microwave ablation of thyroid nodule were divided into three groups according to the random number method of Excel software:blank control group, control group and treatment group. The blank control group was given conventional treatment;the control group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Penetration treatment on the basis of conventional treatment;the treatment group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Penetration combined with Ruyijinhuang powder on the basis of conventional treatment. The NRS,VAS,blood pressure, heart rate and pain were observed and recorded at 2,6,16 and 28 hours after operation in three groups, and the number of patients with discomfort symptoms during the observation in three groups was also recorded. All data were sorted and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 statistical software, with P<0.05 being considered statistically significantResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in general data between the three groups of patients(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in NRS and VAS scores between the three groups at 2h postoperatively(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in NRS and VAS scores between the three groups at 6h,16h and 28h postoperatively(P<0.05),which suggests the NRS and VAS scores of the three groups of patients varied with time.Over time, the NRS and VAS scores of the three groups of patients have declined, and the treatment group has a greater decrease than the control group and the blank control group. The difference in clinical efficacy of the three groups according to the clinical efficacy evaluation standard at 28 hours after surgery is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group and the control group is superior to the blank control group. The main pain after microwave ablation of thyroid nodules was acid swelling. There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the three groups at 2h,6h,16h and 28h after operation(P>0.05).During the observation period, none of the three groups of patients received Flurbiprofen Axetil inj ection, the blank control group and the control group each had one patient with nausea symptoms, and the other patients no adverse reactions occurredConclusionsThe combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Penetration therapy and Ruy ij inhuangsan can effectively relieve thyroid nodule microwave ablation postoperative pain, increase patient comfort and accelerate patient recovery, which is more in line with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Penetration therapy is easy to operate, safe and effective, with minor adverse reactions, thus it is worth further clinical promotion.
