To Study Of The Clinical Observation Of Zhuwei NO.2 Decoction With Microwave Ablation In The Treatment Of Thyroid Nodule

Objective:To study of the clinical curative effect of Zhuwei NO.2 decoction with microwave ablation in the treatment of terms benign thyroid nodule.Methods:Forty patients with benign thyroid nodule treated by microwave ablation were an alized.Forty patients with benign thyroid nodule were randomized method,divided in t he treatment group and control group.Twenty cases in each group.The control group:microwave ablation,the treatment group:on the basis of the application of microwave ablation treatment,postoperative joint application of Zhuwei NO.2 decoction for treatm ent.Compared two groups in largest diameter,volume size and total effective rate,1,3,6months postoperation review thyroid ultrasound.According to the results to evaluate clinical curative effect of microwave ablation combined with Zhuwei NO.2 decoction in the treatment of thyroid nodule.Result:Postoperative follow-up of 1,3,6 months review ultrasonic shows that largest diameter average for respectively treatment group was1.35±0?0.96±0.51?0.75±0.46,(P<0.05),control group was 1.55±0.23 ? 1.38±0.34 ? 1.13±0.39,(P<0.05);The tvolume size average for respectively teatment group was1.50±0.99 ? 0.86±0.98 ? 0.46±0.61,(P<0.05),control group was 2.06±0.87?1.60±1.01?1.00±0.81,(P<0.05).Total effective rate average for respectively treatment group was 55%?65%?90%,control group was 40%?50%?70%.Conclusions:Zhuwei NO.2 decoction with microwave ablation is an effective method in treating thyroid nodule.Zhuwei NO.2 to joint microwave ablation could effectively to speed up the inactivated of postoperative nodules.Zhuwei NO.2 with microwave ablation of thyroid nodules was a methods of safe and effective.
