Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of routine acupuncture plus needling at Taiyuan(CV 4)and Feishu(BL 13)in the treatment of insomnia(early awakening at Yinshi).Compared with the efficacy of the simple routine acupuncture group,the efficacy of the routine acupuncture plus needling at Taiyuan(CV 4)and Feishu(BL 13)for the treatment of this disease was clarified,providing a new idea and an effective and safe method for the clinical treatment of insomnia(early awakening at Yinshi).Methods: Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia(early awakening at Yinshi)were selected from the Outpatient Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to December 2021.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with routine acupuncture plus needling at Taiyuan(CV 4)and Feishu(BL 13).The main acupoints selected were as follows: Taiyuan(CV 4),Feishu(BL 13),Shenmen(HT 7),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Baihui(GV 20),Anmian,Zhaohai(SP 6)and Shenmai(SP 10).The control group was given routine acupuncture treatment,that is,the acupoints of Taiyuan(BL40)and Feishu(BL13)were excluded from the acupoint prescription of the treatment group.Both groups received continuous treatment for two courses,with each course lasting for two weeks(the treatment was stopped once every 7 days).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were recorded before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two methods after treatment was observed and analyzed based on the scores.Data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.General information:There was no significant difference in general information such as gender,age,course of disease,PSQI total score,AIS scores and total score between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared..2.PSQI: After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the two acupuncture methods were effective.3.AIS :After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the two acupuncture methods were effective.The improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in aspects of early awakening than desired time,total sleep time,total sleep quality,thinking about sleeping during the daytime and total score in the scale,and there were statistical differences Comparison(P< 0.05).4.Clinical efficacy evaluation:Evaluation of efficacy of single early awakening symptom: The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the efficacy of single early awakening symptom in the two groups(P< 0.05).Evaluation of total efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 80%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Routine acupuncture as well as regular acupuncture plus Taiyuan(CV4)and Feishu(BL 13)acupuncture can effectively improve the patients’ early awakening symptoms and overall sleep.2.The effects of routine acupuncture plus needling at Taiyuan(CV 4)and Feishu(BL 13)were superior to that of routine acupuncture,worthy of clinical promotion.
