Acupuncture method : After regular disinfect, needle Feishu point obliquely 1.0-1.2 Cun according to sufferer's figure toward the spine in the patients' prone position., twist manipulating needle, linking electric acupuncture apparatus after the arrival of Qi response. Linking method: Connect the electric needle instrument of plus or minus pole respectively on the needle handle, and exchange poles every time. Treatment parameter: sparse-dense wave; 20 Hertz of frequency; the strength magnitude standard by the needle handle slightly vibrate, and patients can tolerance. Every time 20 minutes, everyday once, 2 weeks are one course of treatment, not recess in course. Control group has 30 cases. Take Theo-Dur (Shu Fumei), 200 mg, po, Bid. 2 weeks are one course of treatment, no recess in course. The assessment standard of therapeutic effect: the assessment standard of therapeutic effect of the main clinical symptoms, physical signs (gasp, short breath, cough, expectoration, wheezing).Results: 1. The electro-acupuncture and control group's PEF have highlysignificant difference between prior and post treatment( P<0.01). Prior and post treatment two groups' PEF no difference(P>0.05). Means two groups have therapeutic effect on increased patient's PEF. 2.The electro-acupuncture and control group's FEV₁ have highly significant difference between prior and post treatment( P<0.01). Prior and post treatment two groups' FEV₁ no difference(P>0.05). Means two groups have therapeutic effect on increased patient's FEV1. 3.The electro-acupuncture and control group's FEV1% have highly significant difference between prior and post treatment( P1<0.01, P2<0.05). Prior and post treatment two groups' FEV1% no difference(P>0.05). Means two groups have therapeutic effect on increased patients' FEV1%.4. The electro-acupuncture and control group's clinic symptom have highly significant ameliorate between prior and post treatment (P<0.01). Prior and post treatment two groups' clinic symptom score no difference (P>0.05). Means two groups have therapeutic effect on improve patient's clinic symptom. 5.Two groups have no difference on curative effect (P>0.05). 6.The Feishu point safety evaluation proves safe credibility.Conclusion: The electric needle Feishu make exact effect on PEF, FEV1, FEV1% and the symptom score, and the safety evaluation is well.
