| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of remote movement along meridians combined with plum blossom needle tapping in the treatment of tension-type headache,and to optimize the existing acupuncture scheme,so as to provide a more effective treatment method and enrich the treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment of tension-type headache.Methods:93 patients who participated in this project were diagnosed as tension-type headache from the second acupuncture clinic of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.93 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n = 31),control group A(n=31)and control group B(n=31).One patient in the observation group withdrew voluntarily because he was afraid of acupuncture,one patient withdrew from the experiment because of taking drugs related to this study,and one patient in the control group withdrew from the experiment because his age did not meet the inclusion criteria.Finally,29 patients were included in the observation group,30 patients in the control group An and 31 patients in the control group B,with a total of 90 patients.The observation group was treated with remote movement along meridians combined with plum blossom acupuncture,control group A was treated with routine acupunct-ure,and control group B was treated with routine acupuncture combined with plum blossom acupuncture.Each group was treated once a day,6 times a week,from Monday to Saturday afternoon,a week for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.The visual analogue score of pain was observed before treatment,after the first treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and the comprehensive score of tension headache and Hamilton anxiety scale were observed before treatment,after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.The scores of all dimensions of tension headache were observed before and after treatment.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis,with pain visual analog score as the main index,tension headache score,tension headache compre-hensive score and Hamilton anxiety scale as secondary indicators.At the same time,the clinical efficacy and efficiency of the experiment were evalua-ted by score reduction rate.Results:There was no significant difference in1.VAS score among the three groups before treatment,and the VAS score after the first treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment by nonparametric test after the first treatment,suggesting that all the three treatment methods had immediate effects.After the first treatment,there was significant difference in VAS score among the three groups.Further pairwise comparison showed that the VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group An and control group B,and that of the control group B was better than that of the control group.It is suggested that the immediate curative effect of observation group is higher than that of control group An and control group B,and that of control group B is higher than that of control group A.There was significant difference in VAS score between before and after treatment,suggesting that all the three groups had curative effect,and there was significant difference in VAS score among the three groups after treatment,and the decrease of VAS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group An and control group B(P<0.05).It is suggested that the curative effect of observation group is higher than that of control group An and control group B,but there is no significant difference between control group B and control group A(P>0.05).During the follow-up,there was significant difference in VAS score among the three groups,suggesting that all the three groups had long-term curative effect,and the decrease of VAS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group An and B,and that in the control group B was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the long-term curative effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group An and the control group B,but there is no significant difference between the control group B and the control group A(P>0.05).2.Comprehensive score of tension headache and Hamilton anxiety scale:there was no significant difference among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in the comprehensive score of tension headache and Hamilton anxiety scale among the three groups(P<0.05).In further pairwise comparison,the comprehensive score of tension headache and the score of Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group An and the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the curative effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group An and the control group B,and there is no significant difference between the control group B and the control group A(P>0.05).It is suggested that the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups of treatment can not be judged.During the follow-up,there was significant difference in the comprehensive score of tension-type headache and Hamilton anxiety scale among the three groups(P<0.05).In further pairwise comparison,the comprehensive score of tension-type headache and the score of Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group An and the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the curative effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group An and the control group B,and there is no significant difference between the control group B and the control group A(P>0.05).It is suggested that the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups of treatment can not be judged.3.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of observation group was96.5%,that of control group A was 90.3%,and that of control group B was93.3%.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that the overall curative effect of observation group is better than that of control group An and control group B,and that of control group B is better than that of control group A.Conclusion:1.All the three treatments can treat tension-type headache and can effectively improve the headache,somatic symptoms and anxiety of patients with tension-type headache.2.The long-term and immediate curative effect of remote movement along meridians combined with plum blossom needle tapping is better than traditional acupuncture and plum blossom needle tapping combined with traditional acupuncture,which can relieve pain in time and improve the quality of life of patients for a long time. |
