Objective:In this study, through observation, comparison and evaluation of plum blossom needle meridian tapping combined with conventional acupuncture and simple conventional acupuncture for migraine patients before and after treatment of various indicators of headache,VAS score(pain)and intracranial artery hemodynamic Improve the situation, and further explore the practical application value of plum blossom needle meridian tapping hand and foot Shaoyang meridian,so as to expand the clinical treatment of migraine and provide a basis for acupuncture treatment of this disease. Methods: Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a combined acupuncture group(Meihua needle meridian tapping combined with conventional acupuncture)30 cases and a conventional acupuncture group(simple conventional acupuncture)30 cases. The changes of VAS score(degree of pain),the changes of headache scores and the changes of intracranial arterial hemodynamics before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups of patients, and the data were analyzed and analyzed by SPSS 25.0.In this way,we explore the analgesic effect and comprehensive therapeutic effect of the two methods before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparison of basic data before treatment: The gender, age, migraine type and severity of the two groups of patients were compared before treatment, and the differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and were comparable.2.Comparison of headache scores before and after treatment: The headache scores of the two groups of patients were comparable before treatment(P> 0.05);after the treatment period, the headache scores of patients in the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group Both were lower than before treatment, and the difference wasstatistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group can reduce the headache scores of the patients;the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group reduced migraine patients. The number of headache attacks and the degree of headache are similar, and there is no statistical difference between the groups(P> 0.05);the combined acupuncture group is better than the conventional acupuncture group in reducing the duration of headache and accompanying symptoms during the attack. There is a statistical difference(P <0.05).3.Comparison of immediate analgesia and short-term analgesia: The VAS scores(pain degree)of the two groups of patients were compared before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable;after 0.5h,2h,6h treatment, combined The VAS score(degree of pain)of patients in the acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were lower than before treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that both the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group can achieve immediate analgesia; The analgesic effect of the acupuncture group was the same as that of the conventional acupuncture group at 2h,and there was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05);the combined acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group at 0.5h and 6h.There was a statistical difference between the comparisons(P<0.05).After the four courses of treatment, the VAS score(degree of pain)of the patients in the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were lower than before treatment, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group Both can play a short-term analgesic effect;the short-term analgesic effect of the combined acupuncture group is better than the conventional acupuncture group, and there is a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect before and after treatment: After the four courses of treatment, the combined curative effect of the combined acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(90.0%>73.3%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of intracranial arterial hemodynamic changes before and after treatment: A total of 57 patients with abnormal intracranial arterial hemodynamics were found before treatment, including 29 patients in the combined acupuncture group and 28 in the conventional acupuncture group For example, there was no statistically significant difference in intracranial arterial hemodynamic abnormality between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which was comparable;after the four courses of treatment, the brains of patients in the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group The abnormal rate of internal hemodynamics was lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the combined acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group can improve the abnormal intracranial arterial blood flow in migraine patients; There were 20 patients in the combined acupuncture group who accounted for 66.7% of the internal aortic blood flow velocity,and11 patients in the conventional acupuncture group, which accounted for37.7%.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the craniocerebral group The improvement of internal artery hemodynamics was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Plum blossom acupuncture and routine acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients, and it is better than simple conventional acupuncture in improving the duration of headache and accompanying symptoms at the time of attack.2.Plum blossom acupuncture and regular acupuncture combined withconventional acupuncture can play an immediate analgesic and short-term analgesic effect on migraine patients, and the effect is better than simple conventional acupuncture.3.Plum blossom acupuncture and routine acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the abnormality of intracranial hemodynamics in patients with migraine, and the effect is better than simple conventional acupuncture. |
